We enjoyed our stay at this house in La Verkin. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the owner was outstanding. Was only about 1/2 hour from Zion and lots of dinning and conveniences near by in La Verkin. I would definitely stay here again someday if I return.

It was a well maintained and clean house. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable throughout. Communication with the owner Sunny was very smooth and quick. We were greeted with fresh fruits as soon as we reached the house. We also received helpful tips from Sunny for our visit to Zion NP. We will definitely stay here again in future.

Wonderful stay!!!

Property was found exactly same way as the description of the property on VRBO. We had a great time at this location. Although home was 20-25 mins away from Zion, the drive was not too bad going into Springdale for shuttle service of the park. Grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants (Specially Indian restaurant) was very close to this place! What a gem! And most importantly the host was very very helpful to give all the needed info, Additionally, you have airport drop off services from St. George which is only 20-22 mins from this house. Enjoyed this trip very much, wish to do it again!!!❤️

Very nice little house

We really liked being able to do laundry. Nice location - 1 min out of the driveway and we were on the road to Zion NP. (About 25 mins away). Nice beds, bathrooms, kitchen, TV. Host was easy to communicate with. Two small nice features: a “pay it forward” basket so previous guests could leave their extras behind for the next renter. And “outdoor” towels were provide so we didn’t use the nice ones in the bathrooms for excursions. One caution, there was a rooster next door. It didn’t bother us because we got an early start each day. However, if you want to sleep in, maybe bring some earplugs. All in all, we had a great experience!!

We had a great time visiting Zion with the kids. The house is only around a 20 minute drive from Zion. The neighborhood was super quiet. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, we just brought some groceries. Everything in the house was extremely clean. The host was the nicest host I’ve ever had. Super helpful and nice. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Zion!

Beautiful and perfect place for our family!

Even with the pictures and description, this place far exceeded our expectations. It was great, absolutely great! Very spacious, clean and lots of things we loved, including parking for me and my sisters car, washer and dryer, dafe and quiet neighborhood, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, close to a grocery store and Zion and local places maps and info. Me and my sister both have young families of 3 (my son is 3 and his daughter is 7months) and we found this place perfect! It was especially nice being practically walking distance to a great coffee shop and a Davis grocery store. We are looking forward to the next time we can come out to stay here again. My and my sisters family loved it!

Great advice

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and received great advice from the home owner on places to hike to avoid the crowds. We had a nice welcome bowl of fruit and the kitchen and house had all the essentials for a great stay. It was really nice to have the living space of a home with our family of five to have more time together compared to two hotel rooms. We met with the property owner easily and she was very responsive to text and email! Highly recommend if you don't mind being right in Springdale which was less than 30 minutes away.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend and staying in this wonderful home. It was everything we could have asked for - clean, spacious, well stocked with all of the necessaries for a family. We loved the quiet neighborhood verses a crowded and loud motel or hotel environment. Sunny was prompt in communicating with us as we made plans, and met us at the house when we arrived.
