Fantastic property!

The Aspen Mountain Residences were fantastic. The property is located in the heart of downtown Aspen. You can walk anywhere. Aspen Mountain is a short walk down the street and you can get to all of the restaurants and even the supermarket without ever getting in your car. The property itself is great and the staff is very friendly with fantastic service. Our three bedroom condominium was very spacious and can easily sleep eight people. Thank you!

The location and unit were perfect and Mandy was wonderful to work with. The property management is new so there are still a few wrinkles to iron out but they were very considerate.

Great family apartment in perfect location

The property is spacious and well appointed. Location is perfect to walk anywhere downtown. I gave four stars because the lounge suite was very old, worn and uncomfortable. The unit comes also with a washer and dryer but the dryer does not work and maintenance could not fix it so that made it very hard to do laundry which is a necessity on a ski trip. The beds however were very comfortable. Mandy the host was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly.
