This cottage has a beach house style charm. The Canal views from the pool are amazing every day and gets better at Sunset.

Our newly built coastal cottage are fully equipped with a full kitchen and new high end finishes.
Each bedroom is adequately sized for your comfort, with a queen size bed, a pullout sleeper sofa and two bathrooms. It can accommodate 4 people.

The entire property is completely enclosed with a coded electronic gate. The grounds is immaculate and spacious.

Enjoy the sun and surf at Yamacraw Beach, only 7 minutes from your door. For a taste of paradise, Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island is just a 15-minute drive, while the famous Cable Beach awaits you 25 minutes away.

Convenience is key! Within a quick 5-minute drive, you’ll find local grocery stores, pharmacies, and a variety of tasty fast-food options, including KFC, Duck Donuts, Starbucks, Subway, Wendy's, Little Caesars, Burger King, and Canton House Chinese Food.

- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.

- No pets allowed.

- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.

- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.

- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.
