Located in Seagrove off San Juan Ave, two blocks from the emerald waters of 30A. Site includes water, electric (30/50/110), sewer, wifi + shared pool access.**

RV spot ready for your family's camping beach adventure. 70’ back-in site suitable for one RV* with picnic table, fire pit, grill and walking distance to the beach.
*RV’S MUST BE SELF-CONTAINED/HAVE OWN BATHROOM. No tents, no “car-camping”. There are not bathroom facilities available at the campsite.

Bring your bikes and beach chairs and have a unique camping experience on 30A!

*Hosts have access to RV area when needed. There will be pool construction Feb-April 2025 and hosts can update guest prior to arrival. Once pool is completed, RV guests will have access to pool! **No pets allowed in pool area.**

Hosts live next door and are happy to answer questions about the area and suggest things to do and see. We're always available should you need us.

We’re located on a dead end street in Seagrove off of Hwy 30-A surrounded by pines with the beach at one end and state forest at the other. Sit outside and you’ll hear the sounds of frogs and crickets and yet you’re a stones throw from the bustle of 30A. Walk, bike or drive to the beach no time. Take a 30 min drive east to Panama City Beach and Pier Park; drive 30 min west and you’ll be Destin (traffic permitting). This is the perfect vacation destination.

We encourage biking to get around 30A. For other recreation, try one of the many rental places here for paddle boards, kayak/canoes, beach chairs setups, beach bon fires, electric bicycles and golf carts. Visit SoWal.com, WaltonOutdoors.com or 30A.com for local happenings, events and directory.

Please understand that this listing is for a RV spot only. You must provide you own RV and it must have its own toilet as we do not have bathroom facilities available. NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.

NO AGGRESSIVE/AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS ALLOWED. All pets must be pre-approved at time of booking. We have children, toddlers, bikes, strollers, cats and other ‘chase-worthy’ temptations. Please decide if this is a good environment to bring your pet before you arrive. We have a zero tolerance policy for incidents involving children or other animals. NO NUISANCE animals (dogs that bark or howl excessively). We are in close quarters on small beach lots are we want all our guests and neighbors to have a peaceful stay.
