The house is really charming and has been nicely remodeled. We really appreciated the proximity to downtown and the airport. The host was great at communicating and checking in. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful older home that has been nicely renovated. Everything was clean. The beds were comfy - especially the big fluffy duvets. I appreciated that there was a floor fan in my room, black out curtains and even a sound machine. I slept like i was on vacation. The home's location was perfect for our trip to visit the state capital, the art center and the botanical gardens. We never had to drive far. We even enjoyed a short walk in the neighborhood. Thanks Jordan!

Great hosts, located close to key areas of Des Moines. Inside of the house is well decorated and perfect for large groups to be able to spend quality time together. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a beautiful space for my family to spend the weekend. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, and everyone felt very much at ease. Everything was well organized, and there was a nice park nearby for our kids. The hosts are lovely and accommodating, and the neighborhood is quiet. We had the fun surprise of seeing the fireworks at Principal Park on opening night!

We care about character when we're selecting a place to stay, and I'm happy to say this place looked exactly as pictured and felt like staying in someone's home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-appointed. The hosts had a lot to offer for games and toys.

Beautiful Home

Loved staying in this beautiful home. They had everything we needed. We were close to everything we did. Drake University, Blank Zoo, the mall and so many restaurants!! The owners were always so quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!!

This historic home, built in the early 1900s, is located in a fantastic area close to the fairgrounds. It has been beautifully updated and is very well maintained. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with upgraded linens that made for a great night’s sleep. During our stay in August, the upstairs area was quite warm, but the host thoughtfully provided fans in every room, which helped. The host was also very responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.
