This new property and its amenities were exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean, well furnished, and thoughtfully appointed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Downtown Grand Junction and its many restaurants are just a few minutes away, and Colorado National Monument is practically next door. It was a wonderfully comfortable base camp for our family's weeklong exploration of the Grand Junction area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. It is a new townhouse, very clean and in a. Great area looks like they’ll be building a few more new ones around it. It’s near a river trail and a really fun little park with a splash pad. The hosts were very kind and very quick to respond with any question we had. we will definitely stay there again if we go to Grand Junction. Trish.

A gorgeous newer build very conveniently located (especially to the new Starbucks). The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the area was great. Our host was also great with our last minute changes and communicating!
