We loved the space and the area. The deck, patio, and porch provided a lot of outdoor seating and the view was nice. The beach is only a short walk away and the home was clean, well cared for, and provided a lot of nice beach accessories. We especially appreciated the wagon!

We had a wonderful time. The property is spacious and well laid out. The sun deck is great in the morning and there is enough space for a family to spread out inside. The walk to the beach is very short (across the street and down one block to the public beach entrance).

Very good experience from beginning to end.This property is basically across the street from public beach access and yes, being across the street adds some small inconvenience, but for the space you get and price it's definitely worth it.Host communication was brief and to the point, but included everything we needed for a successful trip. The requirements for check-in and out are minimal and easy which makes for less stress when packing up to leave.The condo itself is great. Lots of space spread over 2 floors. 2 bedrooms, full bath and large laundry room on main floor and living room, kitchen/dining and master suite on 2nd floor. Host provides most everything you need for a good day at the beach. Much more than other condos I've stayed in. Umbrellas, chairs, toys, boogie boards, wake board, towels, cooler and even a collapsible wagon. So much of what I packed wasn't even needed for beach use.Kitchen was well stocked and lacked for nothing. One note - no icemaker - only trays so be aware and grab some ice from the convenience store down the street . No big deal, just worth note. Would definitely return.

Perfect little getaway!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. It was a short little walk to the beach access. We were thrilled to have access to a water hose (which isn’t typical of condos on the island) being able to rinse off any sand toys and sandy little feet was a major plus for traveling with our kids! Ample closet and storage space, lots of sand toys, boogey boards and a beach wagon made our trips to the beach fun! The gas grill on the back patio was perfect for grilling on our nights in. AC was ice cold, beds were comfy, plenty of extra pillows provided and the balcony chairs and table were perfect for our morning coffee. Community pool is just a building away, the community was quiet and just what we had hoped for. We are ready to book again after such a great stay!

Thank you for the feedback. However, we haven't had any issues or negative comments from prior guests. We have received all 5-star reviews and great reviews about the property. From the host perspective, this guest brought a dog without permission or pet fee upon booking and chose not to disclose the dog, and it was only after we discovered the dog when they left late after the scheduled departure time. Their dog was without a leash, which is against house/condo association rules, hanging out on the front deck while the guests were packing up after 10:00am. When asked later about the dog, she stated that she didn't intentionally not disclose the dog but chose our property since it was dog friendly.

I love to complain, but I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about in this rental. We had 3 couples and plenty of room for all. We could cross the street and be on a public beach access. Our favorite restaurant was less than a block away. I highly recommend this rental.
