Run away from this place.

The bed rolled every time you sat on it. No curtains so the hall lights flooded in all night. The room wifi was broken. The lock was broken. The ice machine was broken. 2 towels and 2 rags for a week stay. "Beach access" was through the dunes you aren't supposed to walk in. The advertised pic is not the setup you get in the room.

When we arrived, the lock was broken. The proom was not the room we booked online. It REEKED of fabuloso. There were no curtains, so the 24 hour walkway lights shined through your window. You were given 2 towels for a week stay for 2 people. We were told to wash them ourselves. The pathway to the beach is through protected dunes. The wifi for the room did not work. We were rold to hook on to someone else's wifi. Run! Ru. Away from this property. The on L y bright spot is the maintenance guy. He was truly trying to help.

The property looks nice from the pictures. Outside the room was nasty! The room was clean but smelt like cigarettes. Someone had smoked in there. The maid said it was garlic shrimp. lol. I had to go buy a soy candle just to get through the night. We reserved for 3 nights and only stayed one. Reached out to Vacasa several times and no one could help. They said they were sending someone over but no one came. Terrible management team. Now I am fighting to get my money for the two nights I didn’t stay. This room wasn’t cheap…My nose bled for a week after sleeping in this stinky room as I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. Don’t go! Vacasa can’t help if there is a problem. They have still not reached out to me to straighten out this problem.

The picture of the outside is right but the entrance and patio to our room #5 unit downstairs was so nasty. Mold all over doors and patio furniture filthy. Floor was the same. The room had been renovated, beds were comfy but room smelled like cigarettes. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. The maid tried to tell me it was garlic crabs. lol. I went and bought a candle to see if I could get the room to smell better to no avail. So I tried to call and text the property management team, several times and no one could help, so we left out the next morning. They kept saying to stay. All they had to do was put us in another room and they had one as the maid said, but no one knew how to help. We headed home. So we are out right at 800 dollars…Vascasa is a terrible management team. Don’t rent through them. My husbands 68th birthday was a sad one for us. This property has so much potential but needs a maintenance man and live on property manager.
