This house has it all, including 2 enormous living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone.

A short drive to Manchester, where you can shop, enjoy the wonderful restaurants, as well as all of the local arts and entertainment.

Plus, there are goats, sheep, chickens and ducks on the property!!

This property is very close to Stratton, which makes it ideal. In its heyday as a B&B I suspect it was wonderful. It is becoming dated and could use a lot of TLC to fix things that are being ignored. Broken toilet seats, some faucet issues, etc. In spite of those things the space and bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming.

TG is a fabulous host . He couldn’t have been more welcoming . The house is amazing , perfect spot for a family get together. My crew has high expectation s and they came away wanting to come back neext year . Great experience all around !

Our party of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Cold Moon Farm. The house was unlocked when we arrived, making check in so easy.When we noticed a broken toilet seat wecontacted our host, TG. He immediately responded and came over to help. The house was about 15 mins to Stratton (as advertised). We loved the huge kitchen and dining table. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we loved having so many bathrooms. The gas fireplace was beautiful and such a nice addition to the great room.If you have a large party, I highly recommend this property.The only negative was the kitchen was not as stocked as we hoped. We did not have enough drinking glasses. All in all, we recommend the house if you have a large party.
