Downtown North Conway Village House

A classic 1890 North Conway Village home, brought back to life through beautiful renovations and modern charm throughout. Nestled in the heart of the White Mountain Region, downtown North Conway is right where you and your family want to be for your next vacation! This is a 3 bedroom home, with 1.5 baths and will accommodate 8 people comfortably.

*Strict 8 person maximum occupancy*

The main level includes a family room w. flat screen Roku TV, large sofa with pull out bed, a half bath, a beautiful kitchen, dining room, bar room (our favorite feature), and an additional living space ("The Piano Room"). All of the bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second level. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a split bunk bed (full size bottom, with a twin size top). There is also a 3 season porch, gas grill, X-Box 360, central A/C and wireless internet for enjoyment. You will be within walking distance to Main Street and all that it offers: restaurants, shopping, The Conway Scenic Railroad, playgrounds, hiking/walking trails, and more. Story Land, The Saco River, Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat, and Mount Washington, are all just minutes away as well.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s truly an outstanding one. The house is welcoming and comfortable. The hosts are super responsive and the house is extremely well appointed - everything you need is there, and everything is maintained extremely well. The location is awesome - it’s an easy walk to the village. We will definitely stay there when we next visit North Conway!

This place is as advertised,beautiful renovation of a historic property.Convenient location and nice weber grill. Only drawback is stairs to second floor bedrooms are very steep and narrow, not a good fit for anyone with mobility issues.

Wonderful weekend in North Conway

The four of us enjoyed our stay in this recently renovated house. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance of downtown No. Conway. The house is comfortable and stocked with everything needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the attractively furnished kitchen and family room.

Beautifully renovated interior with glimpse of the history of the house! Perfect house for our ladies ski weekend. Wonderful kitchen and what a fun surprise to have a bar room! The basement provided easy storage for our skiing equipment. Location couldn't have been better! We walked to great restaurants and cute shops in the evening. We are looking forward to returning.

Girl's Weekend

Location is excellent! We would book again. If the host wants our feedback to get to 5-stars, we suggest providing at least 1 cleaning product, 1 full roll of paper towels to wipe down any spills, and 2 trash bags for kitchen trash receptacles. It will make the house cleaner for the owner and future renters. If a comfortable pillow is important, bring your own. Check-in was more stressful than normal. We arrived late (due to long travel), it was dark and we couldn't find the lock-pad to get into the home. We were not instructed the lock-pad was on a side entryway - note: the property has two side entries. We contacted the host and he responded quickly, but told us we were at the WRONG house, which was frightening. Attempting to get into a house after 11p in the dark is dangerous. We were at the right house, it was freezing and we were nervous about being at the wrong house so getting in was stressful. I think our experience will benefit future renters with better check-in instructions and maybe a bottle of windex, a roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags in the kitchen trash receptacles. In summary, we had a great visit. We loved Vito Marcello's Italian Bistro - best Lobster Bisque, excellent cocktails, authentic Italian dinner, nice service and walkable from house. We also enjoyed the craft fair and all the shops. The scenery was amazing! GO!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful North Conway house. It was the highlight of our stay in North Conway. Everything was so clean and cozy it felt like home. We both enjoyed looking at all the pictures of the full renovation project, OMG what a job that must have been, Grandma's looking down from heaven with a big smile on her face! My wife and I had several rounds of vigorous ping pong in the basement.

Cozy Comfortable Home

We LOVED this Home!! The remodel is just perfect mix of new and old~ Our Thanksgiving stay was so cozy with the open concept kitchen & living rm. So nice to read the “Renovation Journal” and feel like you completely understood the undertaking of the process ~ Love N Conway and now have a really nice choice to stay when we visit yrly ~ Found new favorite restaurants, Salt & Barley, Blk Cap and our olé favorite Wild Cat Tavern in Jackson. Took our 1st Conway Railway dinner train ride 4 hrs up and back~ just beautiful!! All around a treat for sure!! Will be back!

Great house for our Girls Weekend!

This was a the perfect house for our Girl's Weekend. The layout of the house worked very well, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking in and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to downtown North Conway. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

Overall great stay for the five of us. The home had plenty of space and lots of little extras that were appreciated. Beautiful renovated house blocks from Main Street (White Mountain Highway) North Conway

We loved staying at this beautifully renovated home. The owners did an amazing job renovating this house offering lots of beautiful amenities, starting with a gorgeous kitchen. We loved the location, just 2 blocks from Main St North Conway, and close to so many outdoor attractions! The only thing we would like to point out is that the house would have been be so much better if it had an outdoor deck or furnished patio, other than that we loved it and we can't wait to return! Fantastic home/perfect location in North Conway

We LOVED our stay here. My husband and two kids were looking for a comfortable home to stay in for our White Mountains trip. This house is gorgeous, they did a fantastic job with their renovation. The kitchen was well stocked, so we enjoyed many dinners in the home. The house is a very short walking distance to the Main Street in North Conway, where we got ice cream a few times. 5 minute car ride to Echo Lake State Park which was perfect for the kids. 15 minutes to StoryLand. We also went to Franchonia Notch, up Mount Washington, Clarks Trading Post, and the Kangamangus Highway. The only thing is the stairs upstairs are very steep (it’s an old house), so because my daughters s 2, we bought a baby gate at the Walmart 5 minutes away and used it for the top of the stairs, which worked out fine. Thanks for a wonderful stay here!
