Nubble Light Vacation Home - Close to Beaches
Walk across the street to Nubble Light. A mile from both Long Sands and Short Sands. Easily get downtown to all the shops and exciting things to do. Relax after a day on the beach in the wide open Kitchen & Living Room. Expansive porch with ocean views. Great for families or a group of friends to enjoy all that York has to offer.
Three bedrooms with accommodations for eight. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a side room with a pull out futon that sleeps two. There is a full bath in the master suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is second full bath and another half bath ensuring plenty of room for everyone getting ready and rinsing off after a sun-filled day on the beach.
Washer and dryer on the downstairs level. Plenty of parking to fit all that are staying at the house and extra guests.

Our family is from the Boston area. We have been spending summers in Maine for as long as I can remember and are looking forward to enjoying more time at the beach together and introducing the next generation to the place we love.
Why they chose this property
We knew right away this was the house for us. It felt like home to us. It was close to the light house, beach and center so everyone could enjoy their favorite things.
