Corner Unit Towers! Free Wifi! Elevators, Indoor pool - SPECIAL WINTER RATES!!!

Condo 1100 is a three bedroom, two bath end/corner unit, with a Villa type feel at the Towers. It has an open concept. The kitchen counter is large and great for family gatherings. This condo has walk our patio overlooking the lake, with furniture and a gas grill. Master bedroom has a queen bed, and a private bath with a large garden whirlpool tub. Second bedroom has a queen and third bedroom has a queen. The living room has a large sectional sofa and includes a large flat screen TV. Kitchen features a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and stove. A washer and dryer are in the condo also. The condo has a contemporary feel and a magnificent view from the patio. Indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center are in the same building on the first floor and there are two sets of elevators. FREE WIFI in this condo!

The amenities include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. An outdooor heated pool is located directly in front of the building lakefront. The outdoor pool is also heated and is 3000 square feet with a continuous water fall. The outdoor pool has a walk in area for smaller kids or adults to play easily in. The pools and deck areas have a great views of the lake and include lawn furniture for your enjoyment. The pool and amenities are located on the first floor of the Towers and the Towers has two sets of elevators. It is very easy and convenient to use the indoor and outdoor facilities. Boat Slip availability!!

Ozark getaway

While the weather didn’t cooperate, the condo was very comfortable and relaxing for our getaway and we loved the first floor walkout. Also had easy access to the indoor pool and hot tub. We enjoyed it!

Ozarks Family Trip

Property is better than listing represents. Very spacious, clean, and updated. This is a ground level property, corner unit. Location is great. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Communication was great, very helpful with anything we needed. Would definately recommend, and hope to return!

Great waterfront condo

Love the Towers! Condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for 3 couples. Love the indoor or outdoor pools or kicking back in the hot tub. Very pleased with our stay. This wasn't a newly renovated condo but it was still nice. Would recommend and stay again.

Anniversary Getaway

The condo is lovely, nicely decorated, and very clean. Well stocked with essentials, dishes, kitchen appliances, basic condiments. Also included paper products, hand soaps, laundry supplies and towels. Only a couple of items missing that could make the space more accommodating. Extra pillows were provided, but no pillow cases. Towel/clothing hooks, there really was no space for hanging damp towels or wet swim suits. The elevator was a must, as there are many stairs. I recommend a cart or dolly, as we had to make several trips for unloading/loading.

Annual Lake Visit

Location is fabulous! Having an elevator is a real plus. Condo has a nice patio area and is a very short walk to the pool. Th condo was pretty much as listed but could use some TLC in areas. Overall, nice place.

17th Annual Ladies Weekend

This 1st floor condo was just perfect for our group! The elevators helped tremendously when moving all of our things in and out. The condo was very clean and just as the description said the pictures showed. The best part for our group was the walk out patio which lead you directly to the large pool!! The view from the pool is BEAUTIFUL!!

Wonderful place

The condo was wonderful. Each room had comfortable beds and was nicely decorated. It had all the amenities we needed and the view was so nice as we sat and drank coffee and talked! We used the sauna and hot tub and they were just a short walk away each night and they were perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get away!!!!

Great weekend getaway

Great condo in great location!

Our family loved this condo and the location. The unit is even better than it appears in the photos. Beautiful lake view and easy dock access for fishing and watching the boats go by.

Condo 1100 at the Towers has many extras which include a very quiet ground floor location and superior views of lake!

Why they chose this property

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat
rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute
drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
