View was great. Space was perfect for our party of 9.Parking lot staff were amazing and went above and beond for our disability cheer team. Fromt desk staff great and easy to communicate with.Beds ok. Can feel the springs on some Only 1 spoon, no seasoning or chopping knives.Only 1 of 4 tv's worked no matter what we tried.

-Room smelled bad of cigarette smoke. They did an ozone treatment the next day that fixed the issue. -Master bathroom was not cleaned well. -Missing some basic utensils in the kitchen. Room overall was nice. Nice layout. Good size rooms.

The view is absolutely stunning. The unit was clean and what we expected from the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained. All staff on the premises were kind and welcoming. It took some time to figure out the remotes to the TVs as they were all located in the entertainment center in the living room. It would have helped if they were labeled or in the rooms. The other only slight inconvenience was not having a spatula in the kitchen. Seems very insignificant, but we traveled with 5 kids and made a lot of pancakes for breakfast. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a nice time overall, largely thanks to the amenities outside of the unit itself. The indoor pools and water slides were a hit with our kids, and the ocean view from the condo was beautiful.Unfortunately, the condo itself was quite disappointing and did not meet expectations. It was lacking several basic kitchen essentials—there was only one spoon in the entire unit, and no cutting boards or oven mitts. The appliances were outdated and not in great working condition. The dining room chair cushions were peeling and flaking, leaving debris everywhere, and overall the unit felt worn, with chipped paint and a general sense of not being well maintained or clean.Additionally, 2 of the 4 TVs were unusable because they did not have remotes, and there was no way to change the channels manually. We contacted management multiple times during our 5-night stay and were told maintenance would come address these issues, but no one ever showed up.While the location and resort amenities were enjoyable, the condition of the condo and lack of follow-through from management made this stay frustrating.

The resort itself was nice for a family with children because of the 2 water park’s & the great view of the ocean was nice. The rental needs some appliance upgrades or appliances fixed. Definitely some painting touch ups. More detail to making sure the rental floors are mopped & sweep for your renter & tubs are free of sand. Had some issues with TV remotes like previous guest’s but was able to figure that out. Did accommodate a family of 6 easily.
