The home comfortable sleeps guests with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 Xlong Twin beds. There are 1.5 bathrooms, fully stocked with towels, basic essentials, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Relax and unwind in the cozy living room, furnished with a comfortable reclining leather sofa and matching recliner chair. The perfect spot to kick back after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats 4 with additional bench seat for seating for 6, with an additional long table that provides extra space for dining, morning coffee or planning your day's adventures.
Step outside to enjoy a private, fenced backyard, with plenty of parking for an RV and boat. The garage includes a large deep freeze freezer-perfect for storing your catch after a day on the river. Fish processing area for your catch of the day!
Conveniently located just 1,5 miles from downtown Soldotna and 2 miles from the world-renowned Kenai River. This property offers both comfort and accessibility.
