Paradise Valley

Great stay. Beautiful location. However: Would expect that we would have been notified by VRBO that the road our house was on had been closed at one end (south end of East River road) so we had to drive around the closed road detour several times - depending on which direction we were heading- thus adding delays of 20 minites each way.

The house was nice, clean, and quiet. The reason for my reduced rating was due to the A/C not cooling properly, upstairs bedroom was in the 80’s during the afternoon, and would not get below 75 in the evening. Additionally, the main road the house is located off of is currently only accessible from one direction, as the bridge is currently under maintenance construction, this added an additional 40 minutes (to and from) of travel time to our daily destination, had I known of these issues I would have chosen an alternative property.
