Family Trip to Poconos

This excellent property made our extended family trip to the Poconos even better than we could have imagined. The house is laid out great for multiple families to share with enough space to not be on top of each other. The pool was a huge hit with the kids! Communicating with the owner was extremely easy and he was very responsive!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home!The house had plenty of space for our large group to spread out and enjoy time together! We had 5 families with children ages 2-13, and appreciated how several bedrooms had bunkbeds - perfect for the kids.The indoor pool was fantastic and enjoyed every day, rain or shine. The kitchen was beautifully decorated with plenty of pantry and storage space, a huge fridge and freezer (plus a fridge downstairs), and ample pots and pans. I'd encourage future travelers to bring whatever kitchen supplies and bakeware they might need, as there were not many provided.

Great house and great experience with the owners

Our group of several families had a great time. There was a minor leak during a rainstorm and we were very pleased to see a really quick response. Having the indoor pool was a big hit, as was the very large dining room table. It's always amazing how few large houses like this one actually have a table capable of seating everyone, so this was a big plus.

Great home, great location and great owner/manager

This is my second time staying at this property. In the winter this time. Since my last visit, in the summer 2021, they redid the kitchen and all bathrooms with very nice finishes. The pool is a show stopper as always. Also centrally located near many of the Poconos attractions. Communication with the owner is easy and he replied very quickly to my questions and requests. When we enter the home there was a chirping smoke detector. I made the owner aware. Within the hour the property manager arrived and took care of it. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back with friends or family again.

Family Reunion weekend

We selected this house for size and pool and location. All expectations were met. Great kitchen (add a few more baking pans) new and very easy to prepare large dinners to eat in a beautiful dining room with large family table. Kids have own TV as do adults. Pool table and ping pong kids loved. Great washer and dryer. Host is accommodating and responds quickly on text with multiple questions. Enjoyed the fire pit too. Having wood access would be helpful. A successful weekend even with no snow ! Thank you.

Friends Trip Getaway - Amazing Experience!

We went on this trip with 7 adults and 5 kids of various ages. The property was beautiful and clean. It is separated in a nice way where there are different spaces for groups to gather. We even had a baby napping in a bedroom and other kids playing in a different area of the property with no issues. It is great to have the flexibility of a quiet place for a baby to nap while others are still enjoying their trip. The pool was a big hit and perfectly resembles the pictures. It also provided a great option for when the weather was ugly. You are only 15 minutes from any major grocery store or shopping making it easy to grab last minute items or additional things you need. Plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple cars and you are at the end of the road so there is a significant amount of privacy. We only had 1 issue and that was with a kitchen faucet. We immediately contacted the property owner and his maintenance team was there within just a few hours to swap the faucet. They were kind, responsive and helpful. Things can go wrong anywhere but how they respond to your needs can make all the difference. The property owner was great to work with and really took great care of us. We are hoping to return in the future!

Family Fun

Amazing!!!Our whole family stayed here to ring in the New Year together. What funnnn we had. The house is so spacious and layed out so beautifully,with so many windows making it feel so open.We had groups playing in the pool,some shooting pool, while others played video games.Upstairs groups were at the xtra large table playing games or in the sitting room watching movies.Mid house people were playing ping pong. Outside has a vollyball net which we only played the 1st day because after that we got rain. So we played volleyball in the pool . We did bring beach towels for the pool and were able to wash and dry them so everyone always had a towel when they got out of the pool.The pool room is always nice and warm, which we loved. The water is not hot tub water but a comfortable temperature. Which was perfect for all the playing we did. We also brought beach balls and floats.The pool does have a very deep end, perfect for jumping in. So we also had an adult in the room when anyone was swimming.However our adults love to swim like the kids so the pool was never still. There were so many pots,pans,dishes,glasses etc There was nothing they did not provide. We slept great when we slept. We were all up late into the night having fun. A perfect way to ring in the new year, the whole family enjoying each others company safely under one roof. In this busy world it is so nice to stop for a moment to spend fun times together. Beautiful house!

We had a great weekend at this beautiful house. Our group of 6 families with 22 adults and kids had plenty of space to hang out without feeling cramped. The heated swimming pool was definitely the highlight and kept the kids busy for hours. The dining table was the largest we’ve ever seen. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with dinner ware. Check-in and checkout were straightforward and easy.

Fantastic Family Home

This was our second annual three-generation gathering at this beautiful, modern home in the woods. The bedroom configurations are perfect for families and couples and the pool is a big hit with the kids. Eugene is super responsive, too.
