Property was very clean.Bathrooms need updating especially need ADA toilets.Sliding door hardware needs replacing. Upstairs t.v would not connect.On the positive good space good beds and very nice kitchen.We really missed having the downstairs covered patio.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for 6 of us. Easy walk to the beach. We paid for weekly beach service, but also used the available wagon and chairs from the condo. Host responded right away when we had a question come up during our stay. One of the nicer condos we’ve stayed in at Sandpiper Cove!

We loved this beautiful unit! Interior decorated extremely well! Kitchen was beautifully done also but if you’re planning on cooking for your family bring your own pots. There was not one good skillet for breakfast eggs. Only one baking sheet for biscuits- no pizza pan. There were only old mismatched - scratched up pots for preparing meals- no big deal if you’re planning on eating out but no air fryer for heating up leftovers. There is a keurig, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, microwave, and blender. NO ICE MAKER. We’ve stayed at sandpiper cove for 5 years and the kitchens have been much better equipped for our family use. We were not supplied garbage bags or paper towel - so bring your own. WE did appreciated use of the beach toys, wagon, chairs, and umbrella! There is also a very neat hideaway office/closet upstairs which was GREAT for my workspace while we were there…We would recommend this unit! Just note about kitchen….

Cute place close to the beach and everything else. Loved the private beach access. They do have beach chairs and umbrella at the villa for you to use.
