Extraordinary , quite , safe , beautiful!

The home was excellent and clean as expected. The neighborhood/HOA was beautiful and had a very safe feeling. We met several people that lived there , they were all nice and friendly. The area and the beach access was beautiful. We totally enjoyed our time!

Overall, a nice property that worked for our needs, at a fairly reasonable price. We liked the close proximity to the neighborhood pool, but were disappointed that there were only a couple of working umbrellas there (not an individual owner’s problem, but not ideal on a scorching day when another family is camping out there for a couple hours). House had some nice modern touches and good space overall. There were minor issues at the house, like a really nice gas grill with a broken starter, a burned out light bulb, several somewhat-tattered shades, somewhat-beat-up teflon pots and pans, king bed that felt pretty worn out, wagon covered in ants that a previous guest had left some food and trash in. Didn’t hear back from owner when I emailed about something we accidentally left behind. Bike company they offered a credit for has old bikes that squeaked & rattled and came with flat tires and one where the chain broke right away. I wish we didn’t get a credit for equipment since it was such poor quality and ate up a couple of days where we couldn’t use it. The strangest part was that the bedrooms (incl. master) don’t have tvs. I took this for granted, being every place we have stayed in the area over 15 years has had TVs in the bedrooms. Overall, it was fine, didn’t wreck our week, but had I realized some of this, I may have chosen another place. Most of this wasn’t really urgent enough to contact them about during the trip, and maybe they will make updates soon.

This house had EVERYTHING we wanted! It was very clean, well decorated, and the host was very communicative. The listing should be updated though for 2 reasons: 1. It does not have 3 full bathrooms, but rather 2 full and 1 1/2 bath2. It has way more amenities than are listed: grill, beach wagon, beach chairs, iron & ironing board, cooler to name a fewThe house is just a short walk to a public beach and is close to the pool.
