Our stay at Gingko Getaway was absolutely delightful. The home is impeccably clean, the parking was convenient, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The hosts make sure the house is stocked with virtually everything you would need or want, from complimentary snacks, to a fully-stocked kitchen for cooking, to games and kids’ books. The beds were super-comfortable, and device charging stations on bedside tables as well as a full-size washer and dryer were so convenient. We’ve stayed in quite a few other rentals and this home was our unanimous favorite. Next time we’re back in Indiana, we’ll be staying here for sure!

We had a wonderful stay in this very nice, clean and well equipped home. Everything is in pristine condition, the beds were very comfortable and lots of little nice to haves were provided by the hosts. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Our kids even mentioned that they would miss this home :-)

Beautifully remodeled home. Very clean and well stocked. The hosts thought of all the potential needs and have complimentary snacks, toiletries, and laundry detergent. Plenty of towels to use as well. Great neighborhood with easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we visit family.

This was truly an amazing experience and would 100% stay here again. The attention to detail was off the charts. Handwritten note welcoming us to the home and an amazingly detailed binder of nearby amenities and house rules was fantastic. A true vacation getaway with peace amd quiet being the key to sucess. Wow; this may be the best place we’ve stayed at for years! Spotless place but more importantly it was furnished impeccably with a lot of nice details and nice furniture lamps televisions appliances etc. Also nice little details like a welcome note, snacks and recommendations for the town of Fortville and nearby places to see. Awesome rooms and bathroom, and quiet outdoor area with rockers and private quiet fence. Craftsmanship on the house was top notch like to woodwork and kitchen decor and great quality range washer dryer, and every other detail you can ask for. Could not recommend more, thank you!

Perfect Stay

We could not have asked for more, book now! We were in town for a basketball tournament and this stay was perfect. The host didn't miss on the details with their property, beautifully decorated. The beds are oh soooo comfortable, personalized welcome note and the complimentary just in case items were spot on. Hubby told me to be sure to save this one for the future! I'm picky and OCD so have a short list of "book agains" but this is definitely one of them!!

Perfection!

This house was amazing! From the minute we arrived we were impressed with how clean and fresh everything was. There were so many little touches, from the small snack area to the coffee selections to the cold seltzers in the fridge. Everything is designed to make the guests feel right at home. The guest book was very clear and easy to follow. All of the appliances worked and were easy to use. Even the light switches were labeled so we didn’t have to spend days learning how to make everything work. This place is top notch! Our kids are asking to come back to the camp the attended in fortville, and we are already talking about booking this house again so we can be close by next year.Thank you for your hospitality!

Kellen is a wonderful host. Your stay will have everything you'll need with a fully stocked kitchen and bath. Their place is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. You will love sitting outside under the ginko tree.

I am a lifelong resident of Fortville and love the small town feel that you get when you take a walk, eat at the restaurants and simply spend time outside.

What makes this property unique

I love that the house is all on one level and the back yard provides such a great spot to spend time laying in the hammock, eating outside or playing corn hole with family or friends. If guests would like to spend time inside I have made sure that comfort is top priority when it comes to furnishings and mattresses. Relaxation is top priority!
