This fabulous townhome in Hot Springs Village offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 twin beds. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryer and showers including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, fitness center is steps away at Coronado Center (featuring a large indoor pool and hot tub for small POA fee), iron, heating, WiFi, and AC during your stay. Coffee/Tea bar with all the fixings. Steps from Lake Coronado, Tennis Center with 10 clay courts and 3 hard courts, walking trails with fitness (rope climbing, balance beams etc.) Pickle ball courts are a 5 minute drive away. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling and exploring in Hot Springs Village and the surrounding National forest and park. Sleeps 6 any extra guests exceeding number reservation made for will be charged extra per night. Not to exceed 8 with prior approval.

Our host Ann was wonderful. The VRBO was fully stocked with all essentials plus a few extras that the kids really enjoyed. Great communication and fast response. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for a delightful weekend.

Everything was perfect. Beds were nice, kitchen very clean, just like the rest of the house. It was very convenient to the Coronado tennis courts, only about a minute away, where I was in a tournament. Great place. If I come back for the tournament, I'd happily stay here.

Wonderful family getaway

This townhome was a very comfortable place for my wife and 2 sons. The location is central and convenient within the Village, the home was very clean and accommodating, and the personal touches were a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable and clean townhome!! Our family of 5 stayed at this beautiful property for a week while visiting family in the area. It was very spacious and was stocked up on lots of extras and goodies that helped to make our stay very comfortable. The owner was wonderful with excellent communication! We arrived to find a welcome card and candies on the table! Very thoughtful! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with lots of trees. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice, quiet, little area. It was a very peaceful stay. Very little traffic on this road. It was pet friendly, and we saw some others walking small dogs in the neighborhood. Being in a gated community, we felt very safe and secure. This was a nice little pet friendly location. The house was very clean, and the host was wonderful in communicating. I would stay here again.

Great location next to the tennis center!

Playing in a 4 day tennis tournament this place was perfect! Great location, great kitchen and a easy to contact and extremely pleasant host. Even a handwritten welcome card and a bowl of nice chocolates.

They left us minimum supplies to use. Gave us a lot of unnecessary instructions that didn’t help us get to the destination. 3 different addresses to get to one location. 3 bedrooms and only one tv. The gate person was extremely rude every time we had to go through it. The WiFi is awful. It smelled old inside. Refrigerator was dirty and had supplies from previous guest. The dryer was slow drying and loud. The dishwasher door was hard to close. The dishes were dirty. The neighbors were racist and said they couldn’t wait for our kind to leave! Would not recommend.

the pantry was fully stocked, the items in refrigerator are changed out monthly for guest convenience (ketchup, mustard, mayo, coffees) Trash bags were under cabinet guests chose to use trash cans without bag :(. had extra people exceeding limit,.used 30 bath towels for a 2 night stay, took reserved bedding out of closet for extra guests,..All throw pillows covered in cheeto stains and grease. WOULD NOT RENT to again, disrespectful to elderly community members when Quiet hours posted. Dishwasher left filled as well as sink. Sent extra charge no response at this time. Shower gel, shampoo conditioner, toothpaste, brushes, mouthwash all used yet c/o "supplies", no cleaning items under sink used.
