Charming 2-bedroom house in bustling Clayton, GA with WiFi, Kingwood Resort!
Experience Clayton like a local in this 2-bedroom house. We call it "The Little Prince of Kingwood". The bedrooms feature a wonderful king bed and a delightful queen bed. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, full kitchen with amenities, heating, WiFi, and AC, and a fireplace in the living room. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers. Outside is a fire pit with chairs to enjoy the woods and fresh mountain air. All towels and linens are provided for you. We look forward to hosting you at our place. This is a unique property within the Kingwood Resort & Winery and our guests have full club privileges! That means two pools, golf, tennis & pickle ball and a full fitness center with spa amenities. The house is conveniently located 3 miles from Main Street, Clayton and a plethora of outdoor activities and landmarks for your recreational pleasure. Indulge in our wonderful town of Clayton and enjoy restaurants of all kinds, great shopping, breweries, wineries and distilleries, most of which have live music! This is a place to experience and enjoy with your family and friends. Come visit "The Little Prince of Kingwood". We hope to see you soon!

We have been living in Clayton for 30 years and hosting for almost 20. We love the area for its beauty, mountains and waterfalls and the serenity of the fresh air. Clayton is a wonderful and active area of the North Georgia mountains and one to discover! The restaurants and shopping alone are amazing and diverse. There are so many outdoor activities to be had within a short distance of the town of Clayton. Come explore!
Why they chose this property
Kingwood Resort and Winery is a gem and located right in Clayton! The Overlook community is within the Kingwood resort and our guests have access to all the club amenities when staying with us. This includes golf, tennis and pickle ball, two pools, a spa and fitness center as well as a bar and restaurant on property. We love the openness of the entire area and the convenience of the location of "The Little Prince of Kingwood". Clayton Main Street is just 3 miles from the house, so we hope you come and enjoy what we know to be a paradise!
What makes this property unique
The Little Prince of Kingwood is brand new, built in 2024. The two bedroom, two bath space has everything that you need for a wonderful short or longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, grilling and dining. The property backs up to the woods, so it is quiet and private. Sit around the fire pit at night and enjoy the stars and mountain air, often chilly at night. Find the outdoor activities of your choice and enjoy the convenience of the close proximity of all the wonders of this area. Day trips are easy and fun, whether you choose waterfalls, hiking, kayaking and tubing, white water rafting, or just strolling the towns nearby. The restaurants and wineries are all wonderful and you will often find arts and craft festivals along with live music at many of the local venues. Just come and experience what we know and love, and don't forget Kingwood Resort for your wind down in the pool or sauna. See you soon!
