What an absolute treasure of a home! The location is spectacular, right on the water, with views for days! Serene and private, yet close enough to enjoy all the action The County has to offer. The space is so artfully designed and everything has been thought of to ensure your greatest enjoyment. The bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccably clean and comfort level is top notch. We really loved our time here. Geoffrey & Maureen are the definition of warmth & hospitality - kind words, loads of local recommendations, and always available for any of our questions. Beautiful experience!!!

Thank you for your kind words, Brettany. You are welcome back any time! The County has much to offer and it is always great to share the experiences with valued guests like you.
This beautiful, well appointed, newer home, is the best vacation rental property we have ever rented. Every room is tastefully decorated, the place was immaculate and the hosts, Geoffrey and Maureen, were absolutely lovely, attentive hosts. There is not time needed to adjust to your new amazing space. After having been on an extended trip to South America and been chewed apart by mosquitos, the screened in back porch, was such a welcomed reprieve. The property and area are so peaceful and quiet with the only sound being the various birds and you have your own little private waterfront area great for relaxing, swimming and watercraft. The sunrises over the corn fields were only rivalled by the sunsets over the lake. We took amazing morning walks in a beautiful neighbourhood. You are near a dead end on a peninsula with almost no cars. You are about 25 mins to Picton, a town that speaks for itself, but with such a beautiful drive, who cares. So many amazing little businesses everywhere along the way. The only problem we had, was that one month wasn't long enough, we wished we had booked it through October. This place was so great, we really didn't want to tell others. :) Thank you Geoffrey and Maureen for everything, We hope our paths cross again soon!

About the host
Hosted by Geoffrey & Maureen Drew-Brook
Cressy Cove is our waterfront retreat. It is a place we love to visit to relax, enjoy some good food and wine, or share with our guests. We previously hosted a vacation rental and received 101 reviews with a 4.5/5 rating.
Why they chose this property
The views and the abundance of wildlife, especially birds on the water, attracted us immediately. Also, the weather is another feature that constantly changes and keeps us in awe of nature.
What makes this property unique
A unique small home that we designed and built ourselves in a natural and rural part of North Marysburgh, Prince Edward County. The modern interior and soaring vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling glass offer a spectacular view of the lake. Our home is well-insulated and heated with an environmentally friendly heat pump that warms the floor. It also features a Jotul Free-Standing Fireplace. The waterfront is spectacular, and ever-changing. We specialise in 31 night rental periods only, with the goal of helping our guests to learn about The County in depth.
