LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION...
Enjoy this convenient Old Town Location.  Located a block from Duval and a short walk or bike ride to everything Key West has to offer.   
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a bathroom located en suite.  The bathroom is tiled and has a large single sink vanity.  The guest bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and en suite bath as well.  Both bedrooms have closets and drawer storage.  If you're looking for additional sleep space, there is a queen sized sofa sleeper located in the living room.  

AMENITIES...
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for the group or family that chooses to dine in.  The kitchen has a dining table that seats 6 and additional counter seating so everyone can be together.  The living room is located off the kitchen and has plenty of comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV.  Travel up the stairs to where both bedrooms are located.  The bedrooms both conveniently include en suite baths with tub/shower combos.  There are TVs located in both bedrooms as well as plenty of space to store your belongings.  

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Step out the rear sliders to your private heated pool and large outdoor space.  There is a covered deck with a table that can seat 6 which makes a great area to eat, play cards or just relax with a cocktail.  If your looking to get some sun then you can lay in one of the loungers by the large private heated pool.  A propane grill is also provided and ready to grill your catch.

This home offers up to two designated parking spaces!

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

The property is clean, great responsiveness from owner, and a perfect location. The only reason for a "good" instead of "excellent" review is a relentless rooster...crowing started at 4am. Bring a noise machine, and you can drown out the friendly fowl.

The house was quiet yet convenient to many attractions and restaurants. The property manager couldn’t have been better or more attentive to us. It’s close to a golf cart rental place for when you get tired of walking and to the Trolly.

Great location, you can ride a bike or walk to the beach or anywhere on Duval street. The pool was a nice touch to the property.
