We come to Florida every winter and this was the best property we’ve ever stayed at. The unit was so spacious with a huge kitchen that included a table and chairs. The dining area and living room were equally spacious. The bedrooms were large and featured plenty of storage space including a large walk-in closet with lots of hangers. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans plus utensils. In addition, there was a drip coffee maker plus a Nespresso. The whole unit was tastefully decorated and other residents were very friendly. The pool is large and there are plenty of lounge chairs. The pool area was also quiet which is nice to be able to sit outside and not be bothered by a lot of noise. We also enjoyed our balcony which stretched the length of the unit with a table and plenty of chairs. We are definitely coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looks just like the photos. We enjoyed a lovely week relaxing by the pool and Watchung sunsets on the balcony at night. We rented a car, but you could surely call a Lyft/Uber for quick rides to some excellent restaurants. Lots of coffee shops in the area and grocery options too. Salem's Market is a quick walk away and had everything we needed. In torn about mentioning a couple hiccups with the stay because nothing ruined it time, but here they are: the toaster didn't work, but was replaced a couple days after we requested a new one; one of the bathroom fans was very loud and emitted a strong odor. The apartment manager was very apologetic, but couldn't have a repair competed during our stay. Otherwise, the condo met all of our expectations and we would likely rent property from AYR again in the future.

Very spacious

This was a very last minute stay due to flight cancellations. We made the reservation around midnight the night before rather than waste our entire weekend waiting in the airport to fly standby to our original destination. The property manager was incredibly helpful the next morning in making sure we were all set up. The rental is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for two couples. The parking spot was much appreciated but the beach and plenty of restaurants are also within walking distance. We also thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking the boats on the intracoastal waters. The only little hiccup we had was trying to figure out how to check in but that probably would have been communicated to us had we booked a little further in advance and the property manager was immediately available by phone to help us out! Thanks again for saving our weekend getaway!!

Beautiful Sunny Isles Apartment

The apartment was so clean and spacious, even prettier than the pictures! Andrea was very helpful with check in and answering any questions we had. We had everything we needed, and everything was spotless. The beds were so comfortable too! Perhaps my favorite part was the outdoor terrace overlooking the water. It was so peaceful to sit out there, and we had some meals outside too. There is also a very large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool was lovely and not crowded, and it’s a short distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the pleasant neighborhood. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable time, and I hope we can come again someday! Thank you!
