Because the property was older some things weren't real clean: the oven, windows, some stains on carpet downstairs and house had a musty type smell. An upstairs shower would have been nice, there's only a tub but there is a shower downstairs. It was roomy and had everything we needed tho.

This is a very comfortable house for a family. The air conditioning system is the only thing that seems to be a bit hard to figure out because the basement is very cold when upstairs is warm. Overall a ten!

My family had a great overnight stay at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with 2 bedrooms and a bath on the main level and 2 beds/bath in the basement. Lots of room to spread out and the beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning tremendously! There was a light smoke smell upon entry that went away pretty quickly — in case people are sensitive. As others have noted, the upstairs bathroom is just a tub — no shower head. We will stay here again if given the chance.

The property was very clean, it was a quiet neighborhood. Would have been nice to have a folder or book with information in it regarding TV.....what to do with garbage, linens and towels when ready to leave. The beds only had a sheet and a very thin blanket on them......some of our group were very chilly for sleeping. Would be nice to have some extra blankets and maybe some throws available, especially for when sitting around on couches visiting. I have stayed in many rental homes and have never been in one without those things, also, kitchen wasn't very well supplied with things.....broiler pan would be nice, a BBQ grill outdoors would be nice, maybe a few ziplock baggies to get a person started. Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Like I said, the property was very clean and it was a quiet neighborhood, cleanliness is the most important thing to us. Thanks for a stay, we would stay there again if we ever go to your town.

Very clean updated home. Worked great for our family of teenagers. We all had enough space to spread out. Everything we wanted to do in Bismarck was within a 10 minutes drive of the house.
