We loved this home, it was so comfy with a great view of the River. And close to shopping, restaurants and about 15 minutes from downtown. Felt like we were close to nature yet close to the downtown amenities. Will stay there again!

Sweet little spot on the river!

My spouse and I had a lovely few days’ stay in this gem and it was such a lovely getaway. It’s quiet, even though it’s close to a busy road. The birdwatching was great and it was so refreshing to sit on the deck as the sun rose.

Found the cottage to be clean ,orderly , and came With generous amenities. Owner responded quickly to any questions , but few were needed due to instructions on site.Look forward to future visits

Host is very communicative and transparent about VRBO rules. Space is great for a couples holiday or using the outdoors in the summer. I stayed by myself while in a pickleball tournament out here in Grand Rapids. Very cozy and cute. Very clean.

Quaint little place

This was a nice place to stay - short drive to downtown Grand Rapids. The air conditioner is a heat exchanger, it worked well - for the living room/kitchen. But the bedroom was very hot and the provided box fan wouldn't go past 1. I let the owner know, they just said thank you, but didn't bother trying to fix the issue. We had to take out the trash while on our stay. Not exactly what I planned to do on vacation, but I get it. The worse part was no trash bags in the house to put back into the trash cans. So we did our best with grocery bags we'd accumulated on our stay.Overall, it was an ok stay. But I expected better.
