Every booking is provided with 4 towels, wash clothes, hand towels, which should be more than enough for an average person. Please remember this is a private rental and not your personal home or a hotel. We do not advertise that we offer cleaning service, extra supplies, turn down service, towel exchange or any other service during your stay that you would expect in a hotel. We also do not provide beach towels. There was one towel for each guest and an extra. If you need extra, it is recommended that you bring them or you are welcome to use the coin laundry. We wish you the best and just like all guests

My happy place

This condo is just what we needed. Well stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. Just a short walk and your toes are in the sand. Jessica is a great host! I plan on coming back.

The stay was fabulous location and convenience to not pool and shore are on point. I like to say the the accuracy of description could have been more detailed in accordance with the FL law and VRBO should state the property is under surveillance with cameras at front door. The owner/host was very nice and accommodating.

The room itself looks nice and the host was great and communicative. The biggest problem is the air conditioner is leaking and creates A TON OF HUMIDITY in the room. So much so that you have to push and pull HARD on the doors to open and close them and it smells like an old camp cabin. I had to put a cooler under the air conditioner to catch the dripping water during our stay and had to empty it every day. Also the toilet seat is cracked and would pinch you when you used the toilet. Some repairs would go a long way in the stay of this room. I’ve stayed at two other rooms at this property with no issues. My only other small request would be to put potholders in the kitchen for use with the oven. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, BUT, I would definitely have wanted to know about this before booking which is why I chose to leave this review.

Beautiful unit!

My partner and I absolutely loved this little unit. We were in town for a couple days for a concert, so this condo fit our needs perfectly. The host is easy to communicate with and relatively fast at responding. As a cleaner and inspector on the beach myself, I have an eye for detail and this place is completely up to par. I would highly recommend!

Great place! Only thing is that the unit is by the street. If you are a light sleeper I may consider brining a fan. But overall, super happy with our stay! We had everything we needed for cooking utensils, pots/pans/silverware, towels, paper towels etc! They should disclose the front camera per law, but I have nothing to hide so no worries! Just a note for the owner. This is our second time on this property (different unit the first time) and nothing beats being right on the beach! Great location. Very family friendly on the beach! We kept it very demure and very mindful on our beach. Price and the quality are tip top, and the owner was very responsive! Thank you for a great stay!
