Please clean the grill after each use. No outside guest are allowed to stay overnight. Failure to comply will result in additional charges.
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. If you cannot swim do not enter the pool. Children must always be attended to. No diving in pool.

What an absolute pleasure staying here! Greg is a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to making sure everything was comfortable during our stay. Greg was a great host overall. Rapid response to any questions I had and accommodated any extra needs. Linen was fresh, kitchen was filled with essentials and a pool cleaning service was even done during my stay. We brought our own speaker only to find out there was one of the same class there for our use and I found that very thoughtful. My only drawbacks were the master bedrooms door wouldn’t close due to a poor installation, I handled it myself and was able to get it shut. Addt’l a post-stay fee was charged for grill cleaning despite me using the brush after every use :(. Even with those small things I would consider booking again if my party was large enough. Thank you for your hospitality Greg!!
