Gorgeous apartment in a fabulous location. Stocked with everything we needed. Everything was super comfortable. Even had a drip filter coffee maker along with the usual Nespresso pods with lots of spares.Check-in by appointment only. They don't have a lockbox for the key. Check-out a breeze. Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location.

The apartment was gorgeous, with fantastic views, even a nice terrace off the kitchen. The location could not have been better - within walking distance of all the major sights. Directly next to the Albertina Modern. The owner was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great Location

The property is located in a great location walking distance to the opera Albertine and many delicious cafes and markets. I highly recommend this apartment it is top floor and has an amazing view on top. The communication with the property manager was excellent providing us a sense of ease when we arrived and was highly communicative and helpful. Overall when we come back we will definitely stay here again..

Really one of our best VRBO rentals. The apartment was clean, airy, well-let and excellently equipped for a short or a long stay. Everything was in good order for our arrival. The apartment is large, with plenty of room to hang out, fix meals, or just relax. Great views to the Karlskirche. The location is hard to beat, close to the opera and an easy walk to the inner city. The subway stop is less than 10 yards from the apartment, and easy to navigate (be sure to get the OBB app for travel and tickets). Easy and quick communication with the apartment management All in all, 5 stars for all elements of our stay.

Perfect location, apartment, hosts and of course, Vienna!

Loved everything about this stay! This was our first time in Vienna and the location, as well as the experience, were fantastic. It's a quiet building overlooking a lovely park and church + public transit is easily accessible right out the front door. Everything one might need - cafes, groceries, famous sights, etc. are within a block or two. The apartment was spacious, stylish, spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. We do actually cook when we travel and it had all the right equipment + nice added touches with staples, spices and wine. The hosts were gracious and immediately responsive to our questions (we had no issues that needed resolution.) They also arranged and covered our trip back to the airport, which was such a nice extra. We would be delighted to book this apartment and visit Vienna again.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property and could not be happier with our choice. From the moment we landed at the airport we felt taken care of. Our complimentary car met as soon as we cleared customs and took us to the property. The property manager, Alp, greeted us and was kind enough to allow us to use the property prior to check in as our flight arrived in Austria early in the morning. Alp explained everything to us and kept in contact through text for our entire stay to make sure we were not in need of anything. Alp even stayed with us on check out to make sure our car arrived with no issues. The home was just as advertised and the roof deck was a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of sight seeing. This location could not have been more convenient, an easy walk to all the shops/ restaurants you would like, and a quick U-Bahn stop away if you chose not to walk. Tram/ Bus/ and U-Bahn were right at the corner of your block. Strongly encourage you to use public transit, it is super easy and convenient. We will definitely be telling anyone who visits Vienna to chose this property, and we look forward to going back someday.

The perfect location

This apartment epitomizes why we use HomeAway. Absolutely the best location, as Karlsplatz and public transportation was just across the street, we were around the corner from the StaatsOper, and 5 minutes away from Stephensdom. Yet, being on the 5th floor, very quiet and spacious. The apartment itself is smartly decorated, and all of the amenities we desired were supplied. Finally, Ali, our host, was so nice, and so helpful. We couldn’t imagine a better stay in Vienna.

Our family of four stayed 4 nights in this penthouse in May. It was very comfortable, easy for 4 people to enjoy. The apartment and its furnishings are new and immaculate. The view is awesome and the location makes it easy to use the Straussenbaum (tram) to go to museums and other attractions. Being very near the Opera and centrally located, it was easy to walk to many attractions, including a grocery store, and there were many great eating spots nearby. The manager was very kind and helpful. He helped us with our luggage, had supplied a few food items and wine for our first night, and provided transportation back to the airport. The apartment is laid out well and our family slept soundly in the two rooms. The windows open wide for a fresh whiff of the city and sounds of Vienna. The surprise we had was a private deck and table off of the kitchen. The Nespresso machine was an added morning bonus. The kids played Crossyroads on AppleTV and there were many other options for TV entertainment. We wish could have stayed in Vienna for more nights, and this apartment made it very easy to enjoy the city.

We would like to keep our guests in comfort as much as possible. That is why we are meticulous to give our best. Our apartments in this business has almost everything for relaxation, cooking and working. We take care of our guests' requirements directly and all the services we add in the price per night are always available even where there are seasonal price changes. Our family is located in both the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Vienna, Austria. We work in both these cities running our family construction company under the name of Artuner Holding and Constructions.

Why they chose this property

We decided to use this apartment for short and long term renting. The location of the apartment brought a convincing idea for using the place as a vacation rental concept. The elegant touch and local historical feeling of the site is my personal favorite.
