Direct Ocean front view on this 7th floor with panoramic ocean views in this newly remodeled spacious condo with over 1600 SF. The master bedroom has beautiful ocean views with a private balcony. The guest bedroom has a trundle bed which turns into 2 beds and also has a view of the Banana river. The Unit also has 2 full baths, large laundry room, and a full kitchen. Come enjoy this paradise! There is a 3 month minimum rental for Jan, Feb, March. All other times throughout the year are 30 day min

Space launches at our balcony

Well appointed decorations, 4 miles from the launch sites. Our purpose for this is to experience as many launches as possible.The property manager Andrew was always available.

Great Condo and Terrific Location

The condo was terrific -- great unit, great building, great location, great views. Really liked the balcony setup and views. Andy was very helpful and accommodating if we needed anything or had questions. We've been to various places in Florida and I would say this is one of the best locations. Nice beaches, lots of great restaurants and things to see with nearby Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center. Hard to go wrong with this choice.
