We had a wonderful time with our friends and family spending a weekend away together in this beautiful big house! It was a lovely space where we could all be together but not feel crowded or uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! The property was new, exceptionally clean, and exactly as described in the listing. It was perfect for our family and very family-friendly. The host was awesome- super responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this property anytime and would happily stay here again!

Valentin's place looked exactly as advertised, and was lovely to stay in. Check in was a breeze and the game room was lots of fun.

Had a wonderful 5 day weekend with 10 people --5 adults 5 kids. Property was gorgeous and new. Rooms were clean and very nice. The game room was awesome! Kids and everyone loved it! Outdoor area was immaculate with nice lawn and fire pit area for evening chill time. Could not recommend it more!! Valentin was a good and helpful host as well. Location was very convenient --quite centrally located to any place you wish to go in Cape May. If you have a crowd this size and are looking for a slam dunk! This is your place!

Very clean, plenty of room for 4 families. There are trundles and extra mattresses. We stayed for a cheer competition and had 6 families (mom and daughter) with no issue!

The house was exactly as described and pictured. The accommodation are the foundation for a great trip. The house was well taken care of; it looks new. The host was hospitable and prompt to respond to my special request to check in early. I would absolutely recommend and stay again if in the area.

House was as described, it appeared to be newly renovated, pristine, well maintained and smelled Clean. Appreciated that clean linens and towels were provided. Valentin communicated well, our family enjoyed our stayed and felt very comfortable. We would be happy to book this house again if we came back to the area.

The house was brand new and as clean as it could be. Property was on the end of a street and had a nice lot to park. Check in was effortless and check out was just as good. Slept 7 grown adults very comfortably and no one needed to sleep on the floor. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and towels. A little set back from wildwood with our average ride to the boardwalk being 25-30 mins.

Overall the place was up to date with modern features and appliances. The place was clean. The bed situation and description is totally misleading and wrong. The house states it sleeps 19 people, that is not the case. Any of the beds listed as a “sofa bed” is literally just a couch. I would say you can comfortably sleep 10 people here. When I confronted about where 5 people are supposed to sleep in the living room because there is “5 beds” the owner just stated there were mattress pads in the closet upstairs. It is not even a mattress. They were thinner than a dorm mattress pad. The place is nice and clean but to fit and sleep 19 people is an awful description. The neighbors are awful as well. The neighbors will complain and report to owner for any noise even at talking volume. Homeowner is prompt with responses but those were just a couple of things that left a bad taste in my mouth.
