*QUIET TIME - 8 PM
*Do not be loud at anytime during day or night - that will disturb the neighbors - POLICE WILL BE CALLED and they will write tickets.
*Do not turn onto the neighbors driveway. Do not walk onto neighboring properties or inquire anything from the neighbors at anytime. There is plenty of space to turn around on the property. Do not park in front of the fire hydrant!

Welcome to our new construction home featuring 9 CAR PARKING, exquisite outdoor patio with gas fireplace, entertainment room with pool, air hockey, and foosball table to name a few. Located in Lower Township where you can enjoy the peace and quite of nature, birds and trees.

ALL LINENS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL!

This beautiful home is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive to the Delaware Bay Beach or 15 minute walk to the most amazing sunsets in South Jersey. Short 15 minute drive to Cape May, Wildwood and most of Cape May county attractions. Close to restaurants, 2 local vineyards, 6 local breweries, Acme, Wawa etc.

Home with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, & an oversized outside shower, kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and feeding your entire party.

* Main Floor: The Primary Bedroom, en-suite Bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, 2nd bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, Laundry Area and a large back deck with gas BBQ.

* Second Floor: 2 Bedrooms, large 3rd jack & jill bathroom between the bedrooms. Out of the two bedrooms the largest one serves as an Entertainment Room featuring a pool table, air-hockey, ping-pong and foosball. This room can sleep multiple guests.
* There are 6 large screen TV's, through-out the house with super-fast internet. Parking on the driveway for 9 cars.
*Extra fee of $40/night/each guest over 10 guests..
*Id photo required prior to checking in. *Beach equipment: 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and some other beach items.

The house was brand new and as clean as it could be. Property was on the end of a street and had a nice lot to park. Check in was effortless and check out was just as good. Slept 7 grown adults very comfortably and no one needed to sleep on the floor. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and towels. A little set back from wildwood with our average ride to the boardwalk being 25-30 mins.
