Sooooo Relaxing!! This huge balcony overlooking the big, blue Atlantic Ocean! Direct oceanfront views that will take your breath away! Two bedroom, two bath condo rental in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. This unit has fabulous views from the extra large private balcony and sleeps 6. Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, balcony access with connected master bath with walk- in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV with connected guest bath with tub and shower. New queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room with flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized microwave, glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, plus all the dishes, utensils and glassware you need to relax at your home away from home. Full sized washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit.

Secure Underground Parking (7’ height clearance) for one vehicle. Heated oceanfront pool, Fitness center, 2 Saunas, Jacuzzi Hot Tub (currently under renovation) and FREE WiFi included. Sorry, no pets allowed in building.

Place was a little outdated and a little sloppy on the renovations(no trim around walls and buttons of walls cracked and scuffed up, bath room window cracked in master bed, seats outside broken). The property managers husband was doing her job and was rude to my family and I and approached us as the owners of the duplex. He insisted that the football we had was his kids and then I had a water bottle outside of the pool and he started demanding I throw it away or we can leave. Number one he’s not the property manager nor owner, number 2 I understand there are rules but there’s a way to go about things and a way to not go about things. He chose the path of being rude. It’s sad this condominium always the property managers husband act this way towards guest as I’ve seen reviews like this on google from the same place.

We are a mother/daughter team! Traci, the mother, lives in Hayesville, North Carolina and has been in that area since 2015. She moved from Newnan, Georgia to rent cabins in the North Georgia Mountains! Kenzi, the daughter, lives in Savannah, Georgia. She lived in Blairsville, GA briefly after graduating college from Georgia Southern but made her way back south during COVID. Both Traci and Kenzi love the beach and Daytona holds a special space in our hearts. Traci grew up going to the beach with her family and once she had Kenzi she continued bringing her kids and her sisters started bringing their kids and it became our annual family beach spot.
