This is our fifth stay at Julie's home. We love the fact that the house is so well organized and clean. Also the location is prime in that it's so close to the beach and the sound at the same time.

This is our 2nd time staying — private beach access, very few people on the beach — so much better than other parts of the island ( and this stay was over Memorial Day). Perfect porch under the trees, quiet secluded street.

We had a marvelous two weeks at this lovely cottage by the sea! It is quiet, peaceful and very comfortable and just a short few minutes walk to the beach. We have already booked for next year!

The house was great! The location is a dream. I’ve been staying in Topsail since I was a teen (decades) and this is the coziest house I’ve stayed in. The trees make you feel like you are somewhere else, but you are close to the ocean and sound. A great way to ring in the new year! The house was clean, beds were harder than we are used to, but we slept well. Highly recommend.
