Lovely, Serene and Stylish Country Cottage
This perfectly placed home is minutes from all that's great about the North Fork: loads of beaches, excellent wineries, great restaurants, charming villages, fresh farm stands. That is if you want to leave the large secluded deck with outdoor shower overlooking an expansive back yard where you can relax on a chaise, play lawn games, or dine outdoors.
The contemporary home is bright, airy, and tastefully and comfortably furnished, with abundant artworks and books. The renovated chef's kitchen is very well equipt with top of the line appliances, marble countertops, and plenty of cookware. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bath. There is a lovely guest room with a full size bed, and an office/guest room with a very comfortable queen size sleep sofa. All fresh linens are supplied.
In the shed, are 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and lawn games.
