Stylish LoHi Retreat ~ Cozy, Light-Filled, Artsy Vibes + Sunny Private Backyard

Guests can fall in love with Denver and enjoy the magic it has and retreat back to this cozy home away from home to unwind in the soothing and welcoming atmosphere. Open the front door and the heart of LoHi is at your fingertips. Just steps from all the things Denver has to offer. Walking distance to all the major sports arenas, Convention center, Meow Wolf, museums, Center of Performing Arts, and amazing restaurants. It is all within walking distance!
Unlike most short term rentals, this is my primary residence, so it is furnished with personal comfort in mind and a kitchen that is fully stocked with all necessary utensils.
If you have a service animal that will be joining you, please note that since this is my primary residence and am severely allergic to animals, you will need to inform me before your stay. Extra cleaning fees will be necessary. Registration Number 2022-BFN-0017327

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Summer months: AT CHECK OUT. Power off Evaporative cooler - and all windows and doors closed and secured.
Winter months: Set gas fireplace remote to 60F.
Plug any electronics that you might have unplugged. Turn ALEXA back ON if powered off and ensure living room lights power on when you say "Alexa turn on lights". Leave porch light on
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
~ SHOE FREE HOUSE ~ Please stay out of locked areas and marked owner closets.
Plumbing is delicate: ~No flushable wipes or anything else except T.P. and what comes from you. ~ Please keep hair catch on shower drain.
Please inform me at least 24 hours before your arrival if you have a service animal. Extra cleaning fees applicable. Outdoor Ring Cameras at doors

Incredible home!

Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful, modern, comfortable, has a great outdoor area, and is walkable to so many great restaurants! The host was very proactive to ensure I had everything needed to be comfortable and was always generally available if I had any questions. Would gladly stay again if ever in the area!
