Located 5-10 minutes from Disney World and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay;

There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as Mcdonalds, Chili’s, Subway, Pizza hut, Publix Grocery Store, and Walgreen’s drug store.

This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (April 2017). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 Pixels). The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 pixels). The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch TV, DVD player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The dining room is also new with 6 chairs to suit a bigger family. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.

Improvements since April 2017: The unit is now stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand soap.

Amazing location and host and property manager were very attentive before and during the stay. Only recommendation is to have the cleaning company do a more detailed job and to have more supplies even if trial size for dish soap and trash bags and salt and pepper, etc. Would definitely stay again

The hosts were very communicative, maintenance helpful and responsive. The location was excellent: quick and easy 25 minutes to Disney, despite consistent construction traffic. Publix supermarket was practically around the block, as were restaurants, pharmacies, takeout, pizza, etc. The unit was clean and spacious, with no odors. I noticed baby amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair available in closet. The thoughtful hosts generously provided two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a very well equipped kitchen with toaster, Instapot, coffee maker, blender, small dish soap, etc. We didn’t use the pool so can’t speak to that, but the attached cafe offered convenient pizza for eat-in or takeout.

This condo was located in a neighbourhood right down the street from a grocery store, a bunch of restaurants, right off the highway from Disney, Universal, Dinosaur World, you name it! I will say that depending on who stays above you (we think the guests changed halfway through our stay), the footsteps can be quite loud, but other than that, absolutely no issues. The hosts were responsive and helpful! Very clean and a nice place to stay!

The condo is clean and spacious. But it is in an old complex and the unit is a bit run down. The noise from neighbors were bothersome early morning and late night. More towels, washcloths, dish towels are needed. The condo has the bare minimum for guest, nothing that makes you feel welcome. Communicate with owner was slow.

The condo was very nice n roomy. Close to the front of the property. Many stores n restaurants within 5 mins of condo. My only issue was the door lock keypad. We would stay again if in that area for vacation
