Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY 192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, cable TV, and DVD player, internet connection via ethernet cable to enjoy. The family room is open to the Dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen.

Spacious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 3 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and a TV. It opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big shower and a deep, jetted tub. Both upstairs bedrooms have two twin beds and they share a hall bath with tub and shower. There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads!

Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a bar-b-que at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three awesome playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in the event of an emergency.

Everything was perfect except for vehicle register. We understand this is not Vrbo or owner issue but last night of my stay I couldn't park my vehicle and next day early my family had a flight. Thanksfully I live at Orlando and we move to my space and was solved but it is not main idea. And yes, I received the text warning about parking expired but normally this is a vacation staying and every single person got to used to just park the car and thats it. Without any issue and any long protocol to do it

OK for the price....

Property in good shape and mostly well kept. Kitchen, living room, bathrooms and eating areas are OK. Had a problem with the internet and was fixed within minutes. Decoration needs to be updated; too much artificial flowers. Floors need to be mopped better between rentals. As soon as arrived, my daughters removed their shoes and floors were dirty. What is really, really needed is to replace all towels, all bedding sheets, comforters and all mattresses. All in bad shape, with stains, etc. Overall, nice location/rental for the price.

We have had an issue with the cleaning product that the cleaners were using on the tile floors and have asked them to change products as the floors were getting dirty again just from the dust in the air. Each owner decorates according to their own taste so we cannot adjust the decoration according to guest's tastes. We inspected this home immediately before and immediately after your stay and found no issues with the items you noted. We will continue to monitor these items as we always do, however, we did not see a need to replace them.

A casa é exatamente como no anúncio, atendeu as nossas necessidades. Pontos positivos: Camas confortáveis, condomínio agradável e seguro, estrutura e utensílios da casa suficientes. Pontos negativos: Decoração ultrapassada (muitas flores de plástico espalhadas por todos os lados, dá uma má impressão, até na questão de acúmulo de poeira). O ar condicionado só ficava gelado na sala, o ar gelado não saia nos quartos do primeiro ou segundo andar, mas como chegávamos tarde e saíamos cedo todos os dias, acabamos não reclamando sobre isso com o proprietário para ver se tinha alguma solução, talvez até tivesse. Mas na avaliação geral, ficamos satidfeitos com nossa estadia, os comentáris são somente para ajudar a melhorar ainda mais a experiência. Obrigado Angie pela atenção.

This was the first time i ever used a service like this and I have nothing bad to say about this property! We enjoyed Florida and this was the perfect location to stay. it is close to the disney parks. coming back at night was a bit much. the line was always super long to get back onto the property but I would definitely give this place a 10/10.

This place had everything you need. We stayed 3 weeks, and if you needed anything, it was taken care of immediately. Close to many of the parks, very quiet area. We were close to one of the smaller pools, walking distance, and it was very nice. Nice having two bedrooms and a bath upstairs for guests.

Great property

This was a great rental! The security guards take their jobs seriously and make sure everyone is supposed to be there which I loved. The beds are the only thing I wasn’t 100% satisfied with. They seemed to be older and springy and the headboards were all leaning towards the bed. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Fair but nice place

A/c limit of 75 is way too warm for upstairs as it was closer to 80 up there. Too many switches and outlets weren’t marked or didn’t work or were tricky to figure out. Fridge froze and ruined most of our food the 1st night.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home. I am sorry to hear that you froze up the fridge on your first night. Unfortunately, many guests bring a large amount of groceries in when they arrive and the warm groceries cause the temperature in the fridge to go down and then they turn it up to the maximum and freeze it up overnight. While we generally set up the vents in the homes to keep the temperature uniform throughout the home, guests will often adjust the vents, causing the second floor to be warmer.

Great vacation home

My family and I stayed at this great home for ten (10) days. It had everything as listed and more. Very close to many shops and attractions. Would recommend others to stay their and make many wonderful memories.
