The terra cotta and deep green colors in the living/dining/kitchen area make the villa warm and inviting. Every bedroom has its own splash of color; sunny yellow, serene blue, deep sea teal, and sandy beach tan.

Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY 192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening with cable TV, and a VCR/DVD player to enjoy your favorite movie. All new leather sofas, new paint, new carpet, new king and queen mattress sets (Dec 2010) This villa has a wireless internet, free long distance in USA and Canada and extended cable. The family room is open to the Dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen.

Spacious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 4 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and a TV. It opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big shower and a deep, jetted tub. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and an attached ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each and they share a hall bath with tub and shower.

Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a bar-b-que at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three awesome playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in the event of an emergency.

Loved it .

Love the property and community. The stay went well didn’t really communicate with hostess or community workers only on first day. The only problem I had was the washer and dryer were to small for the blankets and due to that the sheets had to be washed multiple times and the detergent didn’t fully come out and the washer ripped the master bedroom comforter. Other wise we loved the place and we will definitely be coming back.

Good place.

The place was beautiful, perfect house for what we needed it for. I spent 13nights in this location. Though it had pro and cons n some cons the owner can't control, if I ever need the place again I will totally book this place without thinking twice and will recommend. Pro: Beautiful place, lots of space, enough bathrooms and beds, clean and the owner was a call or text away never had to worry about anything. House was easy to keep clean with some adjustments. Cons: we had to buy proper pots and pans -the ones in the place just wasnt it, some were just dirty (not like dirty not clean like dirty old rusty stains type) and some were just not pot and pan material if it can be said. But if you arent going to cook then this doesnt matter. We also had to buy a lot of basic needs I know its an air b&b but I nvr had to go and buy so much things like dish soap, trash bags, clorox, laundry detergent, sponges, pots and pan, toilet paper and napkins. You would think with all the money you pay they would atleast have enough for the stay. I didn't mind it, it was just new to me to have to get everything I needed for my stay. That is just a heads up if you are staying here. This is minior nothing major but it will be cool if it was change for others. I would look into also cleaning the agitator and around the washer itself it needs love. Con owner has no control for: The trash is so far from the property it was just ugh for me and it was always just FULL. PARKINGGG!! this one is the worseee since they dnt have anything assigned for homes anyone can park anywhere and lord sometimes I had to park ON THE OTHER SIDE PASS THE OFFICE because there was no parking and nothing could be done. Game room some games just took my money and then didn't let me play and there's no way to even get it back or play. VACUUM on the property DO NOT BOTHER, THEY JUST DONT WORK THERE'S FREE ONES AROUND. I CALLED THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT WAS I DOING WRONG AND THEY ACTED LIKE 1, I WAS SPEAKING A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE 2, LIKE THEY COULDNT HEAR ME OR UNDERSTND WHAT I WAS SAYING AT ALL AND 3, WHEN ASKED IF I HAD PUT MONEY AND IF I DID TO CALL THE NUMBER LIKE IF I DIDNT TRY TO CALL A NUMBER THAT DIDNT BOTHER TO PICK UP. ANY WHO JUST DONT SAVE YOUR MONEY. I cnt think about anything else but the gate staff are awesome too, kinda miss them. I am planning my trip for next year again and hopefully we don't pass capacity because I'll go back here again, glad I was able to leave food n not trash it.

Great Location in gated community

Great location for large family in safe, gated community w/ multiple pools. Spacious w/ tv in each room. Ice cold central air. Check-in could have been smoother. WiFi not ideal. Never had a parking spot near our unit. Overall, not sure if we would rent again for price.

Solid stay for a family of five

It was a good location for us, close to 535/Orlando and Kissimmee/St. Cloud area. It is deceptively spacious, and we had more than enough room. Close to the entrance and the pool. The only complaints are the security line backups (which usually are not that bad, they are typically good at getting everyone through quickly) and the kitchen is a little sparse on cooking utensils and there is no baking sheet even though there is an oven. All In all, good stay for a good price.

Disney & Universal Trip

We had a great stay at this property. Even though we weren't there for much of the time due to being at a theme park everyday. Would definitely book it again if it was available when we plan a trip.

Condo was clean LOTS of room for the 7 of us. Great place to stay. Pools were nice. Only issue was parking. No place to park our vehicle close to our condo so it was a little walk. Beds were comfortable, tvs in every room, wifi, would book here again

Property management company was very responsive and sent a representative to the property to assist with a minor concern. The representative took immediate action enabling my family to enjoy our nine night stay. Very impressed by the care and attention that was given to us.
