We really enjoyed our stay at Greenwood Reserve Apartments! The check-in process was simple and the apartment was well-equipped and absolutely perfect for our visit with our son and his girlfriend. The kitchen was perfect for meal preparation and the table was great for game nights. The apartment was clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the comfortable mattress at the end of long days exploring area nature preserves. The location is wonderful and backs up to a very nice residential area for some great morning walks. We recommend this property and will definitely be back for a visit!

Baseball get away weekend

We went to all 3 weekend baseball games, saw some historical sites, spend time with college friends and saw family in Olatha. The rental was located perfectly to meet all our needs.

We had a wonderful two week stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed. And the online photos represented it perfectly. A very clean, well appointed apartment, close to everything we needed. A lot of shops & restaurants are close and easy to get to. I found the building to be quiet and the property/neighborhood were safe and family friendly. The owner was excellent about communicating details. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this rental!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Good parking and an elevator will take you to the front door. The apartment was clean, well appointed, looked exactly like the photos, and pleasant. The beds were comfortable. We could have used an extra blanket. Everything was in working order. There was some road noise from College Street but nothing that would keep me from staying here again.This was a great place for the price and location.
