The spacious bathrooms were my favorite feature of this condo. Lots of storage space. Very well laid out floor plan. We were the first ones to rent this condo this 2026 season. There were some issues with the A/C we felt should have been addressed during preventative maintenance before offering this condo for rent. Bluwater rentals responded quickly. However, as we all know during the busy season, repairs and replacements can take days. I highly recommend ceiling fans in this condo's future. The owners did compensate us for the inconvenience and we all had a great time. Mostly, we were about as close as you could get to the walkway down to the beach which made the stay most enjoyable. Although it is oceanfront, you can't see the ocean unless you look wayyyy to the left. The dunes and condo are protected by very tall beach shrubbery.
