Cozy

Honestly just what I needed. I picked this place for the soaking tub in its close location to downtown Fredericksburg. I was able to walk to get coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. It was off the beaten path enough that trafficked it interrupt my sleep. It was SO clean I'll be back.

The property was clean and the description accurate. I’m a stickler for crisp, clean bed linens and a comfy bed…my expectations were met. Large soaking tub was a definite benefit. My husband and I enjoyed this quiet, centrally located bungalow. Will definitely book here again.
