Cozy accommodations - clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, bathroom very functional despite our worries based on the picture. Shower has good flow with hot water. Kitchen worked fine for us, although we didn’t cook except for making coffee, toast, and reheating leftovers. Dining room was fine as was living room and TV. No issues with WiFi. Very convenient to Piedmont Gardens where we were visiting parents, and to Piedmont street restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc. Host very responsive and gracefully accommodated our changing schedule. Would definitely stay here again.

Very poorly maintained. Door not securely in place even when locked. Did not feel safe. Heating very insufficient. Bathroom needs updating. Shower lining filthy. Outside very poorly lit. Not paved, not ideal in rainy weather, muddy walkway to entry.

This is a retaliatory review because we didn't give them a refund. The door is secure and locks. The heater does work and there is a space heater for extra heat. The bathroom is functional, they weren't happy because there weren't grab bars in the shower. We do not state that we are ADA compliant. We have replaced the shower liner. It was rainy when they visited and it's a gravel parking lot. Something we cannot control unfortunately. This was a difficult guest and does not accurately reflect this property.
