This cabin was perfect for our group! Our family ranges in age from 4 to 63 and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space. The game room was so much fun and the patio was amazing! The kitchen has everything you might need. Easy to get to and the host responded very quickly with questions we had. Great place!

We had a great time at this property. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. We spent time in both Winter Park and Grand Lake, so the location was perfect for our agenda. I really liked that we could adjust the temp on the hot tub so our kids could safely soak, there were box fans in every room, dish soap, laundry detergent, and even emergency body wash! It felt like the hosts were very thoughtful to have all the amenities ready to go, and we'd love to come back soon!

We had two families stay in the cabin - four adults and seven children total. The cabin layout was perfect, providing plenty of space for both the adults and children. We appreciated how considerate the hosts were with everything they provided for us. The activities at the cabin for both the adults and children were an added bonus!

We rented this house for a little family reunion and it was the perfect place in every way. The space (rooms for everyone and enough space to be alone), the location (near everything we like to do), the amenities (condiments, detergent, TP etc) and the price were all excellent. The owners were very helpful as well. Everyone we were with can't wait to go back and stay again!

Perfect winter getaway for a big group

This place was perfect for my friends and family. Plenty of accommodations. Close to a bunch of places but sometimes it was so nice we didn’t even leave the cabin some days. We lucked out with this one!

We loved staying in this place and would definitely stay again or recommend it to friends! The younger kids loved the ping pong table and foosball. We all appreciated the hot tub. There was an entire notebook with instructions, which we found very helpful. We had a little trouble figuring out the induction stove but it worked great once we figured it out. There are tons of condiments and spices already in the fridge and pantry. We also had trouble getting the main floor TV to work, but that was not a deal breaker. Loved the location, the back porch, all the seating. Although there's no AC, there were lots of fans and the place stayed quite cool. We REALLY loved the space.

We had a great time at the house. Our family spent four nights and enjoyed being close to Winter Park, Grand Lake, and Fraser. The hot tub and game room were perfect for the kids. The view and hot tub were major reasons why I picked the home. We watched squirrels, birds, and spotted a deer. The deck is fantastic, and was so perfect during the cool mornings and evenings. We all had plenty of room to spread out and sleep comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools you could ever need to stay in and make dinner. We had breakfast and dinner at the house every day and it was so nice to just be together. We had plenty of towels, paper products, and a some spices and condiments as well. I would definitely rent this home again for another family or friends gathering!Make sure you have the correct address from the host in your phone before you get close to the house as wifi is not good in some areas.

Family christmas

Fantastic location for a Colorado Christmas. The home was well stocked and in great condition. Dog friendly. David was easy to work with. Would love to stay again !
