I love this neighborhood because of its unbeatable convenience and the warm, friendly community. We’re just 10 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the St. Johns Town Center, and 13 minutes from Mayo Clinic. With quick access to I-295, it’s easy to get anywhere—from Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine. Plus, having so many great restaurants and bars nearby makes living here even more enjoyable!

We’ve stocked the kitchen with everything you might need—from a coffee maker and waffle maker to a pressure cooker, blender, and more—so you can enjoy the comforts of home while you’re away. Even the smallest details, like plush towels, quality toiletries, and little touches throughout the space, were all selected with your comfort in mind :) Our NUMBER ONE goal is to make you feel completely at ease, whether you’re here to relax, explore, or work remotely!
