The house and location was great. The items in the house that I have a problem with. No dish soap for the dishwasher or to do the dishes by hand. Only had one dish towel and no dish rags to wash with. Didn't have any extra garbage bags. No frying pans to cook with or utensils for cooking.

Alex, I’m sorry to hear this. There is a small dish soap and a dishwasher tablet under the sink in the kitchen for short 3 day stays like yours. There is a sponge under the sink as well and 1 dish towel hanging on the dishwasher for every stay. There is a roll of paper towel for use as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and baking sheets. Maintenance checks all of this prior to arrivals and I was told you met maintenance when you arrived hours before check in as they were doing their check. ***Side note: In the future, I would suggest not showing up at 6AM for a 4PMcheck in and drinking heavily in the backyard. Maintenance prevented the cops from being called for intruders.

Good Communication

It was easy to get ahold of one handling the stay. Everything was clean, only complaint is could use an updated grill outside and umbrella for table was broken. Other than that everything was good!

Great Place

Older Home, very clean. Small bathrooms. No outlets in the bathrooms. Very good size home. We had 4 adults and two children staying for 5 days. Very spacious. Separate laundry room was a plus. Full size washer and dryer really helped with the stay. Some plumbing issues in one of the bathrooms that we had to call about but the property manager came within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. House is a couple of blocks from the ocean. Short golf cart ride. Great location very quiet.

Overall, this wasn't a bad house, it just wasn't quite what we were expecting from the pictures. They make it look a little more glamorous than it really is. In truth it's an old beach cottage that could definitely use some updates. The bathrooms are especially small with no room to put your things. You can't even put your toothpaste and toothbrush on the sink. The house was pretty clean and the location was excellent. The kitchen was definitely lacking if you actually want to do any cooking. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and right off the main strip. All in all it worked for our family beach vacay, it was a place to sleep and cook a few meals. Considering the price, it's what you can expect. Probably more suited for a few college kids that are looking to crash at the beach rather than a nice place for a family vacation.
