Our trip was very great! The place we stayed at was an amazing distance from the beach. So no long walks down to the beach, and the front porch area is perfect to look at the water. I will say this is a perfect friendly place but there wasn’t a great spot for our fur babies to go potty, because ours would go out there and come back with a handful of Sand Spurs in her fur. Other than that it was wonderful! They provided Paper Towels, Hand Soap for the bathrooms, plenty of towels and Soaps for shower. They have plenty of space!! Even have extra beach towels and beach chairs/toys etc if you forgot to bring some!

Our “new” go to place has been found!!! This spot is rite in the middle of all the action but not in the middle of all the action do to its perfect location just a mile or two outside of PC. We were in one of the ground level units which was perfect for the wife and I and two pups. Already planning a return trip at the end of summer.

Start with the good parts: beach access is great. The owner response time and communication is excellent. Now the not so good part: parking is a disaster, we had to pay to park sometimes, or double park. Access to decent restaurants is no less than 25 minutes away. If you think you are close to Panama City or 30A, you are not. Same price, way different crowd. The house is comfortable to shower and sleep in only.

Empty Nesters

We celebrated our twin boys’ high school graduation. The boys went on their senior trip and we came on our “empty nest trip!” The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Quiet beachfront townhouse with direct access from the porch. Only 10 units so no crowd on beach. Grocery store a couple blocks away. Old Beach Bar across the street. Only issue was parking. You only get one reserved spot and there are 4or 5 spare spots but if you don’t grab a spare spot you have to park down the road at the public beach access. Other than that we loved it!!
