Our stay was great. Very clean and cozy property. Well maintained and communication with Julia was easy. She is very responsive. We highly recommend this property!!
Awesome property! The house was very clean with everything we could have asked for. The creek access was perfect and it was a lot of fun exploring the cave at night! Deeper creek access for unloading kayaks was only 5 min away, with great Smallmouth fishing. Grannie’s diner is also only 5 min away. Nearby to plenty of state parks, as well. Will likely be booking again in the near future. 10/10 would recommend for someone who loves the outdoors.
Great place! loved the animals and , especially the cat!cave was cool would have love to explored some more but trail was grown up and the creeks had flooded prior. Will definitely come back!
Property was fantastic and the perfect getaway for a few days. The river was very peaceful and the walk down was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Attentive hosts with an amazingly quiet and picturesque retreat in northwest Arkansas. Beautiful landscaping with bunnies, goats, ponies, birds and cows - and an exciting cave to explore. Highly recommend!
We had a great time. Property was remote, yet within 10 minutes of a Walmart. Kitchen was very well stocked with all cooking utensils, lots of games and very peaceful! Host was very responsive!
The house and property were incredible! The house had everything one would need and more! It was super clean, the host was so informative and friendly and it had a ton of games (shuffleboard, darts, bumper pool and more). The property was amazing - from the creeks to the cave and animals. My kids had a BLAST. You can’t pass up this property - it truly is a gem! It also is in a great location - centrally located so you can easily visit the cute surrounding towns, beautiful waterways, hiking trails and ozark mountains.
We really enjoyed our stay!! Host was very responsive. They really thought of everything and the pictures/description were spot on. We enjoyed the games upstairs, fire pit, and walking trail. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
It was by far the most outstanding property where we have stayed. From the grounds to everything inside it was so thoughtfully done. Great location with easy drive to Springdale or Eureka Springs areas. It had beautiful views of the countryside and access to the river below the cliffs. We really hated to leave.
Beautiful property with great views! The game room is a lot of fun! The host has thought of everything - extra toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving cream, lotion, ear plugs, sleep mask, bandaids, seasonings, cooking spray, and plenty of extra blankets and towels! Feeding the goats was a fun experience.. buy some carrots and apples in town!
