You can search the Rocky Mountains high and low, and you will not find accommodations more convenient or user-friendly than theThe Grand Lodge on Peak 7 as it offers True luxe ski in /ski out steps to the Independence Chair lift which is mid mountain on Peak 7. You can be the first on the slope and last off because your vacation home base is right on the glorious mountain! Breckenridge boasts world class skiing on a rarely rivaled deep snow base on its 2,200 acre terrain, which includes bowls, glades, terrain parks, half pipes and countless choices of runs for every ability. Typically Breck has an abundance of natural snow, but just in case Mother Nature is stingy, the mountain has state of the art snow making machines that will ensure there is coverage no matter what.

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 makes vacation life is easy with two bedroom, two bath (one with large jacuzzi tub, double sink, double shower; the other with typical tub shower combo), fully equipped kitchen PLUS a kitchenette, in unit washer and dryer (critical with kids), dishwasher, fireplace, balcony, two bedrooms with king beds, two pull out queen size sofas sleep 8. Cots and cribs are available upon request for additional sleeping options , 4 large screen TVs .... the list goes on.

These units are perfect for families traveling together with kids. Adults in bedrooms, kids on pull out sofas :) Or family where adults and kids need their space and privacy.

YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL LODGE AMENITIES INCLUDING: multiple, very large mountain facing hot tubs, indoor outdoor pool with inside foundation and outside tube slide, two spaces of underground parking, private movie theater, concierge service, adults only grotto with rock waterfall, game room with ping pong table, pool table, pinball machines, etc., gym, steam room, fire pits, spa, outside BBQ grills, heated ski locker room with two lockers, library with computer and printers, children's play area with plastic jungle gym, complimentary use of Grand Lodge bath robes to stroll to the hot tubs in.... the list goes on ....

Be sure to venture to the cowboy town to enjoy a multitude of restaurants for every taste and price range. Make a shuttle reservation to be dropped off and picked up at designated shuttle stops. Crepes, cookies, ice cream... so many goodies along the way. Also enjoy breweries, bars, live music, yoga studios, movie theater and fun pop up events. Amongst it all, millions of tiny lights turn the town into a wonderland. Weed is legal in Colorado! Uber or bus it to the row of dispensaries about 10 minutes out of town on Airport Road and discuss options with knowledgable staff. Also available are edibles, lotions, oils and CBD projects, which do not contain THC. These projects are beneficial to those who need help sleeping or to treat anxiety or aches and pains. Note: Products containing THC are not allowed out of the State of Colorado.

We recommended is Epic Mountain Express for safe transportation from the airport. Order lift tickets online one month prior to get discount rates. Airport shuttles do not run 24 hours, therefore it is best to NOT book flights arriving or departing too early or late.

Best location in Breck!

We have stayed many places in Breckenridge, and this location is hands down the best. Check in was easy, amenities are top notch, staff is friendly, and the 2 BR was spacious and comfortable. They have updated Sevens restaurant and the arcade since we have been there last and both are great! We were a father/son family group and could not have been happier.

Great location

Enjoyed being on peak 7, we usually stay at 9. Ski school was still pretty easy to get to, just a quick 2 min gondola ride. Parking was easy and shuttle was convenient. Rose was very easy to work with as well.

Perfect Location - Perfect Room

There has to be no better room location than this one. Just walk down the hall, then down the stairs, and there's the ski locker room. Up a couple steps and you are on the snow headed to the Independence lift. The cleanness and amenities of the room were perfect as well. Underground, inside parking is a plus when coming back from town on a cold Breckenridge evening.

Loved the location! Step out to the hot tub/pool/lifts. A short walk to the ski lockers. Very clean condo. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped. Living room was a bit on the small size and didn't provide much seating. The couch could have been a little more comfortable; cushions slipped. Overall a great stay!

This was our 7th annual family ski trip. We’ve made an effort to stay at a different property/resort each year. Rose’s Grand Lodge Condo is the BEST by far! Rose is an excellent host, quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Condo and all common facilities clean and very good condition. Our favorite feature, and a rare find, is the late afternoon sunshine at the outdoor pool/ hot tub areas. We had full sun until 7 pm. Perfect apres’ ski. we’re checking the calendar for next year. Hopefully Rose will invite us back. Thank you Rose!!

Ski Vacation at Breckenridge

My wife, son and I had a great vacation in Breckenridge and we really enjoyed staying at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. The ski in-ski out is perfect and when not on the slopes we took advantage of the many amenities offered by the resort (hot tubs, pool, game room, movie room, spa). Our condo was very nice and provided all the space we needed, and the washer/dryer really came in handy. Lastly, our host Rose was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond in her communications, offering really helpful tips we wouldn't have thought of.

Fantastic Winter Vacation Rental

We were impressed and happy with every portion of our stay. My family and I were traveling from Florida during Spring Break (so very busy time) and we looked at many different places to stay. We chose to stay at Grand Lodge at Peak 7 and loved it. It was terrific location and so easy to get on and off the mountain. The kitchen was well stocked so we ended up eating every breakfast and lunch in the unit as well as a couple dinners. Hot tubs were a nice plus after a long day of skiing and the movie room was great family time.

I’ve just returned from a very relaxing week at the Grand Lodge. The lodge itself and the staff were amazing. We especially enjoyed the many hot tubs and typically had one to ourselves for our large group. I didn’t ski, but found plenty to do around the lodge and town.

Best Breckenridge Location!

I was unsure of the best area to stay in Breckenridge, but decided to stay at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 when I found Rose's listing. Honestly, it couldn't have been better. There's a lift right outside of the Lodge, as well as a gondola that takes you to Peak 8 where there are several more lifts (it can also take you down into town). I don't ski but had the best time sitting on the porch watching people ski down. My husband and daughters would wake up and ski every morning, then we'd shop or relax in the afternoons. The unit had the most beautiful view, and I actually think it was the best location. We had privacy and quiet, but still could watch all the activity if we wanted to. Peak 8 has some of the most expensive accommodations, but there were always so many people in that area because of the multiple lifts. We definitely preferred our location. Other than that, the shuttle was super convenient and easy to deal with, and the Lodge lobby area is a great area to sit and watch skiers coming down. We never ate at the restaurant, but instead went into town or fixed dinner in our room. Because we had the shuttle, we could easily go into town and have dinner and drinks, then get picked up whenever we were ready (I highly recommend the Moscow Mule from Après Handcrafted Libations!) Rose was an awesome person to rent from and is so, so nice. She responded to my emails right away, gave me advice for our trip, and even sent an email while we were there to check on the weather/slopes and see how everything was going, which I really appreciated. Best person I've rented from by far. Overall, great vacation whether you ski or not. There's a ton to do, even if you're a chicken like me!

Why they chose this property

Since our boys were young, we traveled all over the Rockies and experienced many dazzling vistas. When we first experienced the skiing at Breck, we loved that the fact that we could ski as a family because there were diverse trails for all levels in close proximity to each other. Now our boys are bigger, and they go off to the bowls or into the woods or double black diamonds, while us slow pokes can meander down the wider runs and gentler, tree lined trails. No matter, because we all meet at the end of the day happily filled with stories of adventure. Best of all, if someone doesn't want to ski, they can relax in the hot tub, read in the library, get a massage or manicure on site, relax in the steam room or sauna or take the free shuttle to town. There are so many off site activities including horseback riding, sleigh rides, ice skating, dog sledding.... the list goes on and on. The Grand Lodge has never disappointed us, and we hope that it provides you and your family or friends the opportunity to share in everything beautiful Breckenridge has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is really quite grand with a huge sitting area with the tallest fireplace I've ever seen, an adjoining bar, a quite library with computers and printers, in addition to all of the fun things listed in the description. This lodge still feels cozy and homey because of the rustic decor. You will feel a part of the wild west with the leather seating and marble and granite countertops. There is complimentary concierge staff that will cheerfully answer questions and schedule your activities. In fact, there is so much to do that a week hardly feels like enough time to visit the quaint shops and vast selection of restaurants in town, in addition to all of the activities offered during the day. We come back year after year and somehow love it more every year. We hope you will enjoy it as much!
