Spend Christmas on Peak 7!

Luxury two bedroom unit available for Christmas week 2025! Relax in your slope-side resort after a long day of skiing, or one of the hot tubs just steps away from the Independence lift. This unit is a town-facing view in the main building, close to the pools/spas, Sevens, and lobby/parking elevators. The bottom of the lift is just outside the door to the indoor private ski lockers, no cross-country skiing or hiking required to get to a lift.

This unit is two full private bedrooms: a one bedroom unit with private bedroom, full kitchen and dining area, living area, PLUS an adjoining 'studio' unit, also with private bedroom and full kitchenette, separated by a private internal lock-off door (see sample floorplan, exact layout may vary from physical unit but furnishing and amenities are the same in all units). The resort calls the smaller unit a "studio" but there is a door separating the bedroom from the common area of that unit, so it is more of a smaller one bedroom than a true studio unit.

The lock-off makes it ideal for multiple families to vacation together but still have privacy (or put the kids to bed early on one side) when needed. Sleeps 8 in privacy (2 in each bedroom plus 2 in each pull-out sofa in sitting areas). The bathrooms in each unit have a hallway door and a door into each master bedroom, so even fully occupied there is privacy from all sleeping areas to access the bathrooms. The larger unit bathroom also has a separate sink and tub area, so someone can relax in the bath while the rest of the crew gets their showers.

Balcony, washer and dryer, full tub and separate shower in the larger unit; shower/tub combo in smaller unit, granite counters, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and sitting areas, underground parking, on-site restaurant, spa, ski-rentals, and heated secure ski storage. Easy access from DEN or COS airports via rental car or mountain shuttle services.

Traveling with the kids? Cribs and highchairs are available via the concierge, as are decorated (artificial) Christmas trees ($150 for decorated tree rental through Grand Lodge, and based on availability), and the man in red has been known to visit the lobby gathering area during scheduled holiday activities!
Kid's ski school and child care are available via Breckenridge Ski Resort right off the gondola at Peak 8.

Grand Lodge at Peak 7 is located at the base of Peak 7's Independence Chair, which provides access to all terrain including Peak 6. Avoid the lift lines at the busy Peak 8 and 9 base areas! Peak 7 and Peak 6 are blue to black runs (intermediate to expert), but a free Gondola takes you to or from the Peak 8 base area where all skill levels can ski or take some ski lessons, or head down into the town of Breckenridge. Free resort shuttle to town is also available. Your Vail Resorts lift tickets or EPIC Pass (not included with room) include access to the nearby Keystone ski area (night skiing on select dates), and multi-day tickets may also include access to Vail and Beaver Creek (about a 40 minute drive). Nearby in Frisco is an alpine recreation area with cross country skiing and tubing, or right in town you can sled at Carter Park (Grand Lodge concierge rents sleds for a few $).

On-site amenities include multiple resort theater rooms that can be reserved and used for free, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs with kids water play area, spa with adult-only hot grotto, fitness room, restaurant, game room, ski rental and ski storage. The kitchens in each unit are stocked with cooking and cleaning essentials, like soap, sponges, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. You just need to stop at one of the many grocery stores on your way through town from I-70 to complete your unit. Photos and floorplan are of model unit and kitchen appliance layout MAY VARY from actual unit at check-in, but decor and furnishings are the same across all units in Grand Lodge.
