We had an amazing week at this property. It was perfect for our party of 7. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the pool was enjoyed by us all! Would definitely stay again!

This is a great home for a family vacation. The layout is fantastic--the amenities even better. It is a two minute walk to Mother's Beach. We spent mornings at the beach, afternoons in the on-site salt water pool, and evenings in the hot tub. The first tee for the golf course is just beyond the hedges and visible from the carriage house, so everything you need is close by. We traveled with our two adult sons, their wives, and our 2 year old granddaughter. There was something for everyone on site and in town--and town (Dock Square) is only a 5 minute drive. KPort Concierge manages the property extremely well! Joy is lovey to deal with.

The house was perfectly set up and equipped to make our vacation comfortable. Beach towels, great local soaps, gourmet coffee, beach gear. The pool, hot tub and patio amenities are stellar. Very well appointed kitchen. Great guide notebook which we used for restaurant recs. Prime location near beach and the downtown but also quiet and not on a main road. Walkable to golf course. The game room with the pinball machine and arcade games was loved by my husband and was a bonus feature. Truly an optimal spot for enjoying the area and relaxing.
